About the home

The interior of Andarous cottages have been tastefully furnished to the highest standard. Comfort and quality assured, the interior of the large cottage is fully equipped with everything you would expect in a villa of this calibre, Antiques, luxury soft furnishings and more... such as lavender scented crisp, cool white cotton bed linen on the antique style bed, fresh flowers. Drinks, snack and home made muffins to welcome you.
This is an ideal escape retreat and offers the visitor total peace and tranquillity in this beautiful cottage
The owner, who lives nearby, also offers a 'special treat package' for guests who are on honeymoon or for those celebrating anniversary /birthday ect. Candlelit supper outdoors by the pool can be arranged to suit your requirements.

I also provide a child minding service in a safe caring environment should parents wish to go out for an evening or two. Fun art and craft lessons are very popular and a perfect way to entertain younger guests whilst parents enjoy a little peace and relaxation by the pool. . In fact everything you could want to make this THE holiday home you will always remember!

The Paphos region

The rural landscape is one of outstanding rugged beauty. Rolling hills and dramatic valleys. Incredible vast forested area of the Akamas region which is 100% unspoilt. magnificent scenery Aphrodites Rock with Amazing sea views. All this in the imediate vacinity of Paphos and Polis district.

The Miliou / Giolou area

Predominantly an agricultural area where most of the citrus and fruit crops are grown. Orange groves abound as do vinyards and olive groves. Springtime is spectacular when the blossom of almond can be seen on the many trees.
The area is paradise for birds and the villa is in a wildlife conservation area making this a great location for birdwatchers.
Wine festivals are held most weekends throughout August/ September in the authentic hill villages nearby.
A mild temparate climate all throughout the winter months making Cyprus an all year round destination.

“Excellent house, great location and very helpful owners. Really enjoyed our stay.” An individual house, off the tourist track but on the edge of a village and overlooking orange and almond groves. There is a lovely view from the balcony and amazing birdsong (in February!). The house is large, very comfortable, well furnished and beautifully decorated. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Paphos, Polis and many hill villages which are great to explore. If you like walking, it's a lovely area for that too. Trish and Drew were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

“A fantastic retreat in a beautiful setting” We chose Villa Andarous for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it as a great holiday destination. The villa itself was gorgeous. It had a real home from home feeling and the bonus of the private pool was just great! The owners were really friendly and were at hand for anything we needed, making us feel very welcome. The location itself was great with local amenities only a 5 minute drive away and lots of beaches along the coast to explore at your leisure. One of the highlights of the honeymoon was hiring a 4x4 and riding some of the off road tracks in Cyprus. We have never done anything like that before and it was well worth it as we found 'The Blue Lagoon' - magical clear waters where we were able to snorkel. If you like retreats in beautiful settings, this is definitely a holiday for you!
