The house and pool exceeded our expectations, the photos really don't do the property justice. The house was bright and spacious with plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The location was a perfect retreat quite and peaceful with beautiful views. It was lovely to meet Chris & Diana at the property and to know they were only a phone call away if needed. Would highly recommend this property and would love to go back again, we only stayed a week but wish we had booked 2.

"You won't find better"
It was wonderful to be welcomed in person by the owners. The house didn't disappoint and definitely had the WOW factor. It was spacious, bright and clean with all mod cons yet still retained charm with the antique bedroom furniture. The shower was futuristic, the kitchen had every appliance you might need and the english TV stations were welcome especially in the evenings when the kids got a bit restless. The piece de resistance was the pool where we spent most of our time. We had a very restful week which allowed us to spend some quality family time together. Communication was excellent and great value for the money we paid. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

"A great holiday home in a beautiful location"
The Maison de Colline was perfect for our holiday. Being newly built, the house is in pristine condition and has been fitted out to a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed the pool area in the back garden which is an ideal place to enjoy the sunny weather – so quiet and private. It is a beautiful area of France, and the location feels 'away from it all' whilst also being just a short drive from all the amenities we needed. Owners Diana and Chris were very helpful and at hand to help with our queries – thank you both, we hope to return.

"Lived up to our hopes and expectations"
An excellent, spacious property which proved an ideal venue for a lovely holiday. The location is a little way from the main attractions of the Dordoyne region, although this also has its benefits - you can avoid the crowds of the towns further south and closer to the Vezere and Dordoyne rivers. The pool is lovely and the house very comfortable indeed. It was ideal as a base for sun-lovers and those who prefer a more active holiday. Definitely recommended.
