The cottage is oil fired central heating with a cosy open fire in sitting room. Logs and turf for the open fire are supplied free of charge. Electricity and oil are metered. (pay for what you use)
The owners John & Dolores will meet you on arrival and have a glowing turf/peat fire to welcome you.

Double doors from the sun room lead onto a spacious decking area. The garden area is spacious where the kids can enjoy themselves and have fun. Night light in the lane area which lights the parking area and the garden
Large decking with gas barbecue. (Gas Supplied) Perfect for those long summer evenings. Children's play area adjacent to decking. Farm tour by request. Children can feed the donkeys - Daisy, Buttercup and Bluebell. Feed the hens and collect the fresh eggs daily for that special breakfast with home made wheaten bread which is in welcome pack.
Willowfarmhouse is an ideal location for family holidays or for small groups. Suitable for small parties as the holiday house is very spacious. The location is very private with large garden and play area. The outdoor wooden decking and furniture makes outdoors an enjoyable place to b-que during the long Summer evenings.
The cottage is close to a choice of sandy beaches at Portsalon, Rathmullan and Downings. Only 15 minutes drive to Glenveagh National Park, home of the Golden Eagle.
The cottage is surrounded by the Donegal hills so it is a great place for walks,hill climbing or cycling.
Golf,fishing and horse riding near the house. Letterkenny is 20 minutes drive. Buncrana is close during the Summer months the swilly ferry only takes 40 minutes.

Willow Farmhouse self catering house is located on an elevated site overlooking the fertile valley between the village of Milford and Lough Fern.The house is close to Letterkenny and Buncrana. It is surrounded by mature, native species trees and shrubbery - a legacy of a former dwelling on this site. The house is very private, yet is within walking distance or a short drive to all amenities in the area. The house is very spacious.
Milford is located in the northeast of the county and makes an ideal base for touring and sightseeing. It is within easy driving distance of the fabulous beaches at Downings and Rathmullan and of all the amenities of Donegal's largest town, Letterkenny.
The golf link courses at Portsalon and Rosapenna are among the finest in the country. Just outside the village is one of Donegal's finest trout waters, Lough Fern. For the sea angler, boat hire and regular arranged fishing trips are available at Rathmullan and Downings.
