An adorable apartment, with 2 bedroom/2 bath, with the perfect location for exploring Milan, Italy. This charming house is just a few steps from Milan's Duomo Cathedral, from La Scala Theatre, from the most desirable Fashion discricts and overlooks the San Lorenzo Columns. The short-term rental is perfect for those who want to have easy access to all city. The décor makes this apartment unique and welcoming and has all the comforts you will need to spend a beautiful stay in MIlan. The apartment is for 6 guests max.

The living area is spacious, bright and very welcoming . You will have at your disposal a desk with computer and printer that you can use with the free INTERNET wireless connection .

A comfortable double sofa bed and a flat TV (with SKy) screen complete this part of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensilery that you might need to prepare your favourite meals at any time.

In the kitchen you can use the dishwasher, the washing machine, the induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine and of course all the necessary kitchenware.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms; each one with two single beds that can be pushed together or kept separated according to your needs.

The house has 2 bathrooms, both with a very large shower ; one of the two bathrooms , the larger one , has two sinks .

Milano San Lorenzo apartment is fully air conditioned and offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay here in Milan.

FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability

LARGE GROUPS: 4 other apartments available in the same building (sleeping up to 28 people)

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: we will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights. The cost of the registration (101.5 €) has to be paid by guests.

Upon arrival you will find :

- Beds made (except sofa beds, whose linen will be left for you in a wardrobe)

- Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)

- Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dish washer and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

Other things to note:

TOURIST TAX to be paid cash on arrival: 3 euro per person per night (few exemptions are established by the Municipality of Milan such as for the underage)

GARBAGE RECYCLING : instructions in 10 languages for proper disposal according to local laws

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
