The modern loft was re built a few years ago, is located on the ground floor looking out onto a tranquil and private courtyard.

Actually and until December 2014 The building is under construction but you will feel like in a oasis inside the apartment.

It has two large rooms, each one in suite. With a study area. The two units are connected via a living-room with a big sofa that can be turned into a bed if the need arise, and which also contains a TV and a stereo system.

THE BUILDING IS UNDER REBUILT.

The dining room has a glass table in the centre, above which hang two elegant lamps, and the whole right hand side is fitted with modern appliances that compose the kitchen area. And should all this not be enough, via the large French window in the living-room (and also that of the master bedroom) you can access the terrace which has been furnished and lit in an exceptional way to make it the ideal place for cocktails at the end of a day of city sightseeing or working.

Please note that access for disabled guests is also possible (wheelchairs up to 70cm wide).

The quality of the rooms and the décor of this apartment, as well as the location so close to the downtown, in one of the most beautiful city settings, make this cozy apartment an ideal destination for those wishing to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing stay in the capital of Lombardy.

The Lombardy region

Lombardy is one of the 20 regions of Italy. The capital is Milan. A sixth of Italy's population lives in Lombardy and about a fifth of Italy's GDP is produced in the region, making it the most populous and richest region in the country and one of the richest in the whole of Europe.Major tourist destinations in the region include the historic, cultural and artistic cities of Milan (which is Italy's second top tourist destination)

The official language, as in the rest of Italy, is Italian. Main sights: Cathedral of Milan, Castello Sforzesco, Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio, Convent of Sta. Maria delle Grazie, The Last Supper Teatro alla Scala, Basilica of San Lorenzo, Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio.

Milan

The Italian city of Milan is recognised internationally as one of the world's most important fashion capital. It is additionally recognised as the main fashion city in the country.

Milan is the capital of the region of Lombardy and the second largest city in Italy, after Rome. With a population of 1.3 million people, Milan is the main industrial, commercial and financial centre of Italy. It is certainly a fashion and design place and a must for more than two million visitors a year. Milan is well known for the famous Fashion Week and the Furniture Fair and it will also host the 2015 City Exhibition.

In the last century has stabilized its economic and productive role, becoming the largest financial market in Italian, and is one of the world capitals of fashion and industrial design. On the outskirts of Milan, in the town of Rho, home to one of the poles of the Milan Fair, moved there in the recent past due to lack of space in the historical Area, is now the largest exhibition center in Europe.

The city contains several cultural institutions, museums and galleries, some of which are highly important at an international level,[102] such as the city's Duomo and Piazza, the Convent of Sta. Maria delle Grazie with Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper, the San Siro Stadium, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the Castello Sforzesco, the Pinacoteca di Brera and the Via Monte Napoleone. Most tourists visit sights such as Milan Cathedral, the Castello Sforzesco and the Teatro alla Scala, however, other main sights such as the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, the Navigli and the Brera Academy and district are less visited and prove to be less popular.
