About the home

It 's a self-catering apartment composed of a room with queen size bed, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom, with all comforts and amenities of a hotel.
In a central location (near Porta Venezia), and served by subway and by surface transportation. From here you can walk to several museums and art galleries and reach two of the most important shopping areas of Milan: the famous Quadrilatero, the fashion district of Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga and Corso Buenos Aires, the shopping street with the highest density of shops in Milan and one of the longest street in Europe.

In the area you can also find many bars and restaurants both traditional and ethnic. It is equipped with everything needed for breakfast. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for long periods, too. Share rental is not possible.

“Amazing place to stay!” It was such an amazing experience - from the first minute to the last sad 'goodbye day' in Milan. The weather wasn't particularly friendly during that short stay, but we were completely happy to spend some extra time staying inside, even considering that initially we wanted to rent another apartment from the gorgeous Michela. Every single detail has been thought through so you shouldn't bother on your breakfast needs, shower gel, or even - such a simple but always forgotten thing - cold bottled water. Everything is extremely clean, classy building, close to underground & attractions - can you even wish more?! Yes, you actually can - a lovely street market (not every day, which says on the authenticity opposite to pleasing touristic crowds). Tasty and reasonable-priced restaurants just a short walk away. Will definitely stay here, if go to Milan next time - haven't seen much of it as being drawn by apartment. Thank you, Michela!!!

“Wunderfull Appartment & good location” Wonderful apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bed/living room and kitchen & private bathroom. Everything felt new and clean and everything you wish for was there. (microwave, TV, washing machine, fridge etc etc). The place has high ceilings what gives a nice atmosphere. For the breakfast a full fridge with breakfast things is provides. Downstairs there is a small baker if you wish fresh bread. A information folder provides a lot of info were to eat and how to go. Kramer 22 is on walking distance from the center. 200m and you are within the ring. Metro and tram are also close. If you come by car a parking is close as parking in Milan is impossible. The parking charges 30 euro per day.

“Really nice place with good location” The apartment is really nice and cosy, equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including food for breakfast, maps and guidebooks and a coffee maker to start your day with a nice espresso. It's located in a quiet street, but fairly centrally and close to the underground station Porta Venezia (5 min walk) and to the tram (3 min). It's also not very far from Duomo (about 25mins on foot). The lovely owner,Michaela, welcomed us with home-made muffins (thank you!) and recommended a nice place for dinner nearby. We were a group of three and I think for 3-4 people the place is ideal. Also important for us, as the weather was not the best (for March): the flat is nicely heated and warm.

“The apartment is fantastic, beautifully decorated and equipped, we loved it and would go back again.” The apartment is conveniently located, close to the city centre and to public transport. It is in a charming clean and quiet courtyard and Michaela is very welcoming. We were a couple with our 18 year old daughter, there was lots of room for us all.

“Perfect” Kramer 22 is an ideal one bedroom, separate livingroom and kitchen rental for a short and medium Holiday/working trip in Milan. The appartment is close to main city attractions and services, the appartment is clean , cozy and well equipied. Just to make it better the owners are very kind and polite and very people oriented.

“Nice apartment, very well stocked with breakfast items; helpful owner” Great stay in a spacious apartment that's in a good area and reasonably convenient to transport being about a 7 minute walk to the metro. Michaella was expectionally helpful and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay. Apartment is very well stocked with everything you could want for breakfast. Lots of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, maps, etc.

“Fabulous Stay!” We could not ask for a better stay in Milan than Kramer 22. This apartment was the very best rental we had throughout our travels through Italy. It was spacious, clean and fully stocked with everything a person could need or want. It was also in a lovely neighborhood location close to metro stops and cafes and great restaurants. Our hostess was so very kind and gracious and also so very helpful providing maps and books for where to go and what to see in Milan and the best ways to get there. We only wished we had more time in Milan. If we ever go back, we will rent Kramer 22 again! Highly Recommend!!

“A Showplace in the Heart of Milan” Kramer 22 is a modern, comfortable, and beautiful furnished flat conveniently (centrally) located in Milan. It is comparable with a hotel suite of the highest order , at a small fraction of the cost. The owner (Michela Immovilli) is friendly, considerate, thoughtful, and has assempled extensive information on the sights and highlights of Milan, where one can enjoy good restaurants and shopping, how to get around, and so forth. “Wonderful place to be in the heart of Milan!” We - Dutch fam with two children (14 years) - had a very very pleasant and nice stay this summer at KRAMER 22. The owner Michela does really anything to make your stay in Milan perfect. Very nice of the concept is that you 'own' the apartment for your self during the stay. Your fridge is completely filled and all luxury of a beautiful ' high end' apartment in the heart of Milan is at your feet. Really a place for young couples, families with children (all ages)!! Michella we loved our stay and we will meet again.
