The property boasts a superb location right in the heart of the village, just 1 minute walk to all amenities including cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Mijas Penthouse is a deluxe property and boasts stunning sea and mountain views from both the terrace and large roof solarium.

The property is located 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

The golden sandy beaches are within a few minutes drive, and over a dozen world class golf courses are just a short distance away. Mijas also offers a range of other attractions and is a town with a long history. The Pueblo is full of places of interest and has long been considered the Jewel of Andalucía.

The Penthouse has 2 double bedrooms (both with air-conditioning) ; a master with double bed and second with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The property boasts a stunning terrace and huge roof solarium with luxurious outdoor furniture. Allocated parking is located in the secure underground car park.

Mijas Penthouse is south-facing with a large terrace that can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. The terrace comes with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a sangria as the sun goes down in the evening. There is a spiral staircase leading from the terrace up to the huge roof solarium with its spectacular sea and mountain views. The roof solarium comes equipped with luxurious outdoor furniture and sun loungers – perfect for entertaining or just relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views of the coastline.

Conditions

Bookings are secured with a £100 deposit which is held as a safeguard against any damages. This is returned within 7 days of your completed stay.

Mijas Pueblo is a beautiful white washed village standing high up in the mountains with spectacular views over the Mediterranean; it is a superb choice for either holiday or full time living. Despite its huge popularity with tourists, Mijas Pueblo has managed to retain much of its traditional Andalucian way of life, the locals displaying their unabashed passion for all things festive and an unmistakable relaxed 'mañana' outlook on anything that can be put off for another day. You can either explore the city on foot or go for a ride in one of the horse drawn carriages or the donkey rides that made the town so famous.

A great variety of bars and restaurants can be found in Mijas Pueblo, offering everything from pizza, pasta, Argentinean meats and typical Spanish cuisine. Some of the restaurants feature large panoramic windows from which one can enjoy the most amazing views. When strolling along the charming streets you will also find a number of shops, selling local products such as leather goods, wicker items, typical painted tiles and little gifts such as donkey key rings or Mijas post cards.

Mijas is a region with a wonderful climate. The mild winters and hot summers make Mijas and its surroundings a very popular place for sports enthusiasts. Aside from being a beach and golfing haven, outdoor activities for the entire family are available and include mountain biking, water sports, jeep safaris and much more. There is so much to do in Mijas that the children will never be short of something fun to keep them entertained. In addition to the aqua park there is also a zoo, a go-kart ring, a theme park, mini golf and the Sealife centre available - all either within Mijas itself or the nearby area.

The property is located in Mijas Pueblo which is just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. You can either take a hire car from Malaga Airport to Mijas Pueblo or you can take a train from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola, and then a bus from Fuengirola to Mijas Pueblo - all for just €3.

Car hire is not even necessary as the village contains all amenities you could possibly need during your stay and buses run at regular intervals down to the coast and surrounding areas.

“A pleasant apartment in a good location: mountains and sea” The apartment was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The balcony and roof terrace were really good. Mijas Pueblo is a beautiful village with good restaurants and bars. There are interesting back streets, churches an places of interest, to give a bit of real Andalucia in an essentially tourist town. Some beautiful mountain walks radiate from the town. Public transport is excellent: local bus to Fuengirola and other places. Excellent train connection to Malaga - we did not have a car, but managed really well.

“Lovely apartment with stunning views” Stayed at the penthouse apartment in August for a week - not long enough! Also spent a week at the coast but far nicer apartment, restaurants and overall atmosphere in Mijas village. The penthouse had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We will definitely book again.

“Stunning Location and Views” We stayed at the Penthouse for 10 days in mid July 2012. The property was ideal for our needs, spoilt by two bathrooms for just the two of us! The accommodation was very comfortable and well finished. Satellite TV, a large fridge/freezer and air con were all appreciated a lot during our stay. The location in Mijas Peublo was perfect for strolling out for food or just going for a walk. The views from the balcony and huge panoramic roof terrace were fantastic and quite breathtaking. We spent hours both on the balcony or on the roof terrace and it was difficult to contemplate getting the hire car out (from the underground private parking space) to go and explore. And very good value too!
