Perfect for families looking for a private holiday, the villa has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with use of 2 full bathrooms, and a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with corner bath and walk in wardrobe.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Costa del Solīs sunny climate with over 300 days of the year with sunshine has made this beautiful coastline the premier tourist destination in Spain.

The varied coastline has diverse offerings; many long sandy beaches, coves half hidden amongst cliffs, marinas and fishing grounds. It is protected from cold north winds by the mountains and has a mild climate with sea breezes and scant rainfall.

The vegetation is subtropical in character while oranges, lemons and olives grow in abundance. Away from the coast the scenery is largely mountainous and dotted with pretty, white Spanish villages, valleys and hillsides planted with orchards and spectacular views.

Loved by families with numerous beaches with gentle slops into the sea, and of course famous for the Golf scene, being often referred to as Costa del Golf.


Mijas Pueblo / La Lomas de Mijas area

Mijas Pueblo and itīs surrounding are one of the jewels of the Costa del Sol. Nestling comfortably in the hillside above the area of Fuengirola, this charming typically Spanish village has impressive views over the coast.

White-washed houses arranged in tiers clinging to the hillside, narrow cobbled streets lined with tiny shops selling local wares; the village and itīs occupants enjoy the "manaņa" way of life.

One of the best ways to see the village is by means of the local taxi service, being a quaint donkey service. For 6€ you can take a donkey ride around the streets, or indulge and spend 12€ for a small cart pulled by a donkey.

Take time out from relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the activities and the local area; the best of both worlds really is on offer as you have an endless choice of wonderful beaches, golf courses, nightlife, whilst Fuengirola, Marbella, Gibraltar are just a drive away ........... the choice is yours!

From the entrance hall which has a small cloakroom/wc there are double doors leading to a large comfortable lounge with separate dining area.

The comfortable lounge has a log burning stove and there is a TV, video and CD player.

There are patio doors from the lounge to a spacious terrace with both dining table plus chairs and comfortable seating. On this level there is also a well equipped kitchen which includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is another large terrace area.

A marble staircase leads downstairs to a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

Down a few more stairs is the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with corner bath. This bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe.

On this lower level there is also a further double and a twin bedroom and another full bathroom.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has the benefit of full central heating for the winter months.

Conditions

A refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros is required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Arrival days is preferred Saturdays.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservation. The remaining is required 8 weeks before the date of departure.
