On the ground floor you will find a spacious entrance hall leading through to the open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a 42" flat screen television receiving SKY free to air channels, a DVD player and surround sound system. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a granite worktop, gas and electric hob, integrated Bosch double oven, microwave, dishwasher, built in freezer, larder fridge and island kitchen. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, and en-suite bathroom with a power shower. The staircase leads up to the upper level of the villa where you will find bedroom Nº2 and 3 both twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom Nº3 has access to a 2 x 10 meter balcony with sea views. The fourth bedroom, the Master, has a double bed, a built in dressing area and balcony with sea views. It has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and walk in power shower.
The villa is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and most rooms in addition have ceiling fans. For the winter months if you book the villa there is winter storage heating which is available upon request. A small surcharge is payable. Wi-fi internet is available.

The villa is fully enclosed and gated and there are automatic gates which lead to a carport. Steps (18 in number)lead up the entrance to the villa. The Sun Room which is accessed via the lounge has a dining table and 6 chairs and rattan chairs and settee. Patio doors lead out to the exterior where you will find the 10 x 5 swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for an additional charge. There is a large sunbathing area for you to soak up the sun,and a table and chairs seating 8 for exterior dining in the Breakfast area. If you want to take a break from sunbathing then you can go to the Shady nook underneath the large pine trees which offers you excellent shade. There is an Outside Kitchen and BBQ area comprising large BBQ with outside chimney, an Electric oven, gas hob, grill and microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, sink, and toaster, and table and chairs for 8. There is an outside bathroom with shower for pool use. The villa has a large level lawn which is perfect for children to play on and there is a tennis wall if they want to practice hitting a ball.

The Costa del Sol region

There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.
Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 meters above sea level; it is a superb choice for either holiday or full time living.
When you wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian village, you can understand what has attracted foreigners to settle here over the years. Many artists and writers have made it their home, enjoying the benefits of an excellent all year round climate, without being part of the busier, more commercial coastal towns just 7 kilometres down the mountain side.

Constitution Square – a fabulous place to sit enjoying a meal or drink in one of the local restaurants and just watch the world pass by.
Shrine Virgen of the Rock: The Shrine holds the image of the patroness of Mijas, the Virgin of the Rock. Legend has it that the image of the Virgin was hidden during 5 centuries and was found in 1586 by the father of two shepherd boys who were led to the hiding place by a dove.
"El Carromato de Max": A museum of miniatures, one of the most important of its kind with works from over 50 countries.
The Casa Museo: Established in 1995 the Museum reproduces a traditional village house and informs you of local traditions.
Church Inmaculada Concepcion: Built in 1541 on the site of an ancient Moorish castle, one of the castle towers was used as a bell tower. A series of frescos of the Apostles date back to approximately 1632.
Fortress walls: La Ruta del Botanica The remnants of the fortress that used to protect the village with its pretty gardens and spectacular view point.
Malaga Wine museum – well worth a visit with its selection of wines from all over the world.
San Sebastian Street – this typical street is one of the most picturesque and photographed streets of the coast.
