Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment benefits from its own private large garden looking directly onto the second communal swimming pool.
The master bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace via double doors. The bedroom itself consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom contains a double sink, toilet, beeday, bath and walk in shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and the second bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower.
The living room and separate dining area are open plan and open directly onto the terrace via double doors. The living room itself comprises of a traditional fireplace, 2 sofas, table, satellite TV and DVD. The separate dining area allows sitting for up to 6 people.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol has long been one of the most desirable locations in which to holiday. An area where in the space of a day you can breakfast on the sun terrace, ski in the Sierra Nevada, swim, golf or shop in the afternoon, dine 'al fresco' at sundown and party in the nightclubs till dawn.
The climate in the region is second to none with an average of more than 300 days of sunshine per year. The 'Costa del Golf' as it is widely known is home to more championship courses than anywhere else in Europe. Coupled with the yachting marinas, theme parks, theatres, a racecourse and the White Villages of Andalucia' then it is easy to see why the Costa del Sol keeps attracting visitors year after year.
Just a 2 minute drive away is the Pueblo of Mijas, known as the White Village, it is one of the most typical examples of the pretty mountain villages in Andalucía, with views over much of the Costa del Sol. Mijas contains historic buildings, restaurants, bars and of course its whitewashed houses.
The village has still managed to retain some of its quaint traditions, one of the most popular being the donkey-taxis which line the central plaza. There is also a thriving arts and crafts movement in Mijas, particularly linen and wicker items and the locally made bread and honey is definitely worth trying.
Or if you prefer a 5 minute drive will take you to Fuengirola with a fantastic 4 mile beach, hundreds of retaurants & bars to suit all tastes.
A 20 minute drive will take you to the centre of Marbelle with its upmarket promanade, shops and restaurants. A further 5/10 minutes drive will bring you to Puerto Banus where you will find many designer shops & chic restaurants, bars, clubs and of course the marina.
