Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment benefits from its own private large garden looking directly onto the second communal swimming pool.
The master bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace via double doors. The bedroom itself consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes (with safe) and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom contains a double sink, toilet, beeday, bath and walk in shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and the second bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower.
The living room and separate dining area are open plan and open directly onto the terrace via double doors. The living room itself comprises of a traditional fireplace, 2 sofas, table, satellite TV and DVD. The separate dining area allows sitting for up to 6 people.
The luxury equipped kitchen & laundry room has all the modern benefits you would expect, oven, halogen hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freeze, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc

The Costa del Sol has long been one of the most desirable locations in which to holiday. An area where in the space of a day you can breakfast on the sun terrace, ski in the Sierra Nevada, swim, golf or shop in the afternoon, dine 'al fresco' at sundown and party in the nightclubs till dawn.
The climate in the region is second to none with an average of more than 300 days of sunshine per year. The 'Costa del Golf' as it is widely known is home to more championship courses than anywhere else in Europe. Coupled with the yachting marinas, theme parks, theatres, a racecourse and the White Villages of Andalucia' then it is easy to see why the Costa del Sol keeps attracting visitors year after year.
The Mijas Pueblo area
Just a 2 minute drive away is the Pueblo of Mijas, known as the White Village, it is one of the most typical examples of the pretty mountain villages in Andalucía, with views over much of the Costa del Sol. Mijas contains historic buildings, restaurants, bars and of course its whitewashed houses.
The village has still managed to retain some of its quaint traditions, one of the most popular being the donkey-taxis which line the central plaza. There is also a thriving arts and crafts movement in Mijas, particularly linen and wicker items and the locally made bread and honey is definitely worth trying.
Or if you prefer a 5 minute drive will take you to Fuengirola with a fantastic 4 mile beach, hundreds of retaurants & bars to suit all tastes.
A 20 minute drive will take you to the centre of Marbelle with its upmarket promanade, shops and restaurants. A further 5/10 minutes drive will bring you to Puerto Banus where you will find many designer shops & chic restaurants, bars, clubs and of course the marina.

We have only just returned from our family holiday in Spain and we have already booked for next year. We obviously saw the photos before we booked the apartment and read the reviews but I think that seeing is believing. The apartment is spacious and luxurious, with one master bathroom and an additional shower room for the second bedroom. With one main dining area and living space. It was very clean and fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjourning utility room. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. The development is quiet and fully secure with buzzer access for the main gated area and underground car parking. Immediately opposite our apartment was one of the two complex's pool. This smaller pool sees less use. We stayed at the height of the holiday season and it was rare that other people used the pool therefore it feel like your own private place. The complex is partially residential and we felt that this helped to ensure that the place remained a quiet sanctuary for holiday goers and resides alike. We hired a car and travelled daily into Mijas along with journeying the three and half miles into Fuengirola . After talking with some of the other people at the complex we also found out that there was a very reliable fully air conditioned bus service available. We discovered some fantastic places to eat out in Mijas such as Fiesta and Oscar's Pizzeria and on one particular day, when we just needed a taste of home, we even found an English Tea Room in Fuengirola, they served chocolate fudge cake! We had a fantastic time on our holiday and this was largely due to our location and accommodation. I would definitely recommend this apartment. |

Booked this appartment for a quick trip away with the family. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere but saying that you have private parking and the car leads to a whole load of extra places to visit with the appartment as a great base. You have two lovely swimming pools and all mod-cons within the appartment you will need. Clean, modern and with lovely gardens to relax in. The location is within 45 minutes of all the Costas best venues and we tried a new town or area every night. My teenage daughters loved the quietness during the day to sunbathe and we all loved that we were within easy reach of all the highspots at night. We as a family would recommend this place to anyone. |

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks in August and had a really great family holiday. We have 2 boys (9 & 5) and a 3 year old girl and they all really loved the apartment and complex. We found the apartment through Holiday lettings and I emailed Paul (the owner) to ask a few questions, which were answered really quickly and with some extra recent pictures of the apartment. Booking the apartment was easy, we chose to pay the deposit through Paypal to give us extra security, with us paying the extra 3% fee - was no need really, but gave us peace of mind. On paying the full amount the instructions and directions were emailed straight away and finding the complex from Malaga airport is very easy. On arrival the apartment was spotless and exactly as in the pictures. There is a road on the other side of the fence of the apartment and because its a steep hill, the noise of the traffic if pretty significant and took us a few days to get used to. After this we barely noticed the traffic. We had a couple of questions and a problem with the toilet - spoke to Paul the owner and a plumber was round the next day to fix. The apartment is really well furnished, fully air conditioned (essential), spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The only real complaint we had was with the mattress in the master bedroom, which was really uncomfortable, informed the owner and I'm sure it will be replaced. The smaller of the two pools is right outside the garden and we had this to ourselves most of the time, which was a shock in August!! The bigger pool is a bit busier but not much and still quiet for the time of year. Our children had a great time and because the complex is secure we were able to relax whilst the boys were out playing with the friends they had made on the complex. Mijas is a fantastic village, would recommend a trip on the horse and cart ride. There is a small playground near the bull ring which the kids loved and there are plenty of nice places to eat - our favourite was Oscars which had lovely food and fantastic views!! Other places we visited included Mijas waterpark (get discount vouchers online) - was busy but still enjoyable. Also went to the Crocodile park near Torremolinos, which was great - got to hold a baby croc and watch them being fed. Overall great holiday, our boys loved it, our eldest wants to live there and said it was his best holiday ever!! |
