The apartment is located in this most beautiful pueblo within Mijas Golf
The property is accessed via private entrance with intercom. The apartment is on the top floor and a lift is available. There is not need to climb stairs as access is availble from road level direct to the lift via the garage area.
Within the gardens is a beautiful large communal pool which has sun all day. A short walk takes you to the local supermarket open from early until the afternoon.
There are a further three communal pools and gardens available for use. We also have a private Petanqe court.
There are several restaurants and bars all within 5-10 min walk. If you want to take a longer walk the are a selection of restaurants just outside the golf course main entrance, plus the Byblos Hotel and Mijas Golf Club House.
UClose to all amenities and 10 mins from local beaches by car.

The apartment is accessed from 3.00pm in the afternoon and has to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Towels and linen are supplied (not beach towels).
The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and cleaned on departure.
You are expected to leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it.
Conditions
30% deposit is required when booking.
Only the specified people on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment unless otherwise arranged.
The balance is due 8 week prior to arrival.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Small dogs may be allowed with permission.

The Costa del Sol region
Puebla aida is situated on the top of the famous Mijas Golf course - Los Olivos and the Byblos Hotel.
The apartment is just a short walk from the local Hotel Byblos and ideally situated to access any towns of interest. The Local Water Park is just 7 mins by car down the road, Fuengirola is 7 mins and La Cala De Mijas is just 10 mins. Benalmadena and Torremolinos is 17mins by car and Marbella 25mins.
From the apartment you can go into town in one direction or up in the hills towards Alhaurin and Coin to see the real spain. The coast road is at the bottom of the Coin road and it will take you all the way from Fuengirola to Marbella passing, Calahonda,Elviria, Los Monteros, La Canada, Marbella etc.
The Mijas Golf / Puebla Aida area
Feungirola Zoo, Theatre, Myrmar Park Shopping Mall, Water Park in Las Lagunas and Torremolinos, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World, Selwo Centres, Sealife, Ice Skating, Bowling, English Cinema's, there are so many things to see and do.
Thousands of bars and restaurants in the Main towns to choose from and some of the best beaches from Malaga down to Gibraltar.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. This apartment was ideal for us, as we did not have to drive to get our shopping. We could also walk to the local bars and restaurants which was ideal if you did not fancy driving.
The apartment was everything we expected, large, spacious, fantastically furnished with air-conditioning that worked. Your help and assistance also made our holiday feel special.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your hospitality during our break Easter. The apartment was lovely and we appreciated the welcome pack after our long journey. Having a friendly face meet us at the airport was an added bonus especially as we had no idea where we were going. We woke up to sunshine and was very pleased with the location of the apartment.
