About the home

Villa Maxamilliano is laid out on three floors with breathtaking views of the 13th green at Los Olivios Mijas Golf. It is south west facing and has also spectacular views to the mountains.

On the top floor, you will find the luxurious master with en-suite jacuzzi, separate shower and dressing room. It can be laid out as two singles or a double. Bedroom 2 is a twin room and has a small balcony, a shower room with wc
The middle floor enjoys a grand main entrance to the main lounge, second lounge, dining room, utility, wc and a top of the range kitchen with top appliances and granite worktops.

On the lower ground floor, there are a further 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and a third which can be a double or a twin or, with the addition of two zed beds provided, a four guests room.

It has a lovely terrace and an outside dining table for dining out in those barmy summer evenings, taking in a glass of wine and watching the sun go down over the mountains.

All bedrooms other than the master have en-suite shower room and wc. Separate entertainment area with bar, pool table etc. Ideal for 2 families.

Master bathroom has twin sinks. All bathrooms including the cloakroom are individually fully tiled.

Two largest bedrooms can be doubles or twin. 2nd largest room 44sq mt can have two temporary beds made up. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

Meals indoors can be organised by independent caterers at the villa if you fancy soaking in the marvellous views as the sun goes down over the mountain late into the evening.

The estate also has two golf courses and boasts the five star Byblos hotel and spa with its two luxury cordon bleu restaurants. You are very close to many other famous restaurants like El Oceano, Val Paraiso and El Higueron.
