Please observe all community rules. These rules are in place to maximise harmony between holiday makers and residents. A copy of the rules is placed in the lounge drawer unit. Please minimise noise at all times but particularly after 8 pm.

We provide discounted rates for golf green fees and other golf break services including hire cars and airport / golf transfers.
There are around 60 golf courses within 45 mins drive, most within 30 mins.
We can pre-book your tee times and reserve buggies, trollies, clubs or lessons.
There is a golf practice area at Mijas golf with a range, chipping green and putting green.
There is also a very well stocked Pro Shop in the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse restaurant provides an excellent menu at a very reasonable cost.
Tennis and other sports are available close to Mijas Golf and there are many walks, direct from the apartment, across green land towards the mountain.
There are many children's ammenities within 20 mins drive including Beach activities, Water park, Sea life park, Theme park, Muliplex Cinema, Mountain cable car, Play zones, Local parks.
1 A £150 GBP (Eu 150) non refundable deposit is necessary to secure a booking.
2 Full balance payment to be made 6 weeks prior to travel.
3 A £150 GBP (Eu 150) bond is due with the balance payment. This is held against loss or damage and is
fully refundable upon satifactory inspection of the apartment.
4 All clients must have taken out holiday insurance covering personal and medical accident or losses.
5 Any accident, for whatever reason, occuring within the property, shall be the sole responsibility of the
client and not the owner.
6 No Pets.
The Costa del Sol region
Premier holiday region of Spain. Many coastal resorts including Nerja, Torre de Mar, Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and Gibraltar are all within one hour's drive. Inland, attractive mountain pueblos can be easlily reached, like Mijas, Alhaurin, Coin, Ojen, Istan and Ronda. Granada, Seville and Cadiz are within 2 to 3 hours drive.

Many Restaurant bars and 3 minimarkets service the golf resort. 5* Hotel Biblos is within 10 mins walk with Tennis and Health Spa facilities.
There are two major shopping malls , El Corte Ingles and Miramar as well as an out of town shopping complex for all your needs, within 10 mins. Malaga and Marbella are within 25 mins drive.There are also many attractions for families nearby with the Selwo Marine Park, Tivoli Theme Park, Fuengirola Park / Zoo and a Water Park as well as the many beaches. Also close by is the ancient mountain pueblo of Mijas.

"Another enjoyable week in a comfortable apartment that never disappoints and is consistently good value for money."
Since my last review 2 years ago four of us have stayed at El Limonar for a summer week last year and again in July this year which makes it 5 years 'on the trot'. That should speak for itself.The apartment is well appointed and has everything we need. It has always been clean and well serviced and provides great security with remote controlled access to the underground car park and all entrance doors. There is a lift to all floors including the basement garage. The location is conveniently placed between Fuengirola and Marbella and all the beaches in between the two.
A quiet situation with its own private swimming pool a large west facing balcony overlooks the Mijas Lakes course and the apartment is within a short drive of a wide variety of other courses. A car is essential although taxis are available at the end of the road outside Restaurant El Golf for the nights out to keep within the drinking/driving laws. For a good food and service the El Golf is worth a visit - never been disappointed there either.
It's good to know that you continue to enjoy your golf breaks, staying in our apartment. We will do our best to maintain the standard of the accommodation so that you will hopefully feel at home if you return again in the future.

"Disaster and no privacy as ppl walk in whilst your in bed with wife"
We were walked in on in bed twice, was frightened to death thought was being burgled abs kids were crying, Jacuzzi not working, apartment was filthy with cobwebs and bird droppings on table, bathroom … More
It is unfortunate that this year's holiday appears to have completely changed the client's view of our apartment after repeat bookings from them over the last few years. This review is influenced by a dispute and contains exaggerations and misleading comments. I do not intend to bore reviewers with the full details of our response to each issue but I will respond to the very unreasonable remarks made about our apartment managers and cleaners.
At the start of their holiday the client declined the cleaner's offer of extra linen.
The manager entered the apartment, with our authority, on two occasions in the middle of the day, after twice knocking on the door, assuming that they were out when there was no reply. The visits were to deal with an emergency in the apartment below where water was leaking through their ceiling and around electrical fittings. The source of the leak was very difficult to trace and a few visits were generally arranged at times to suit our clients.
When it became clear that the bathroom would need to be taken completely out of use with 5 days remaining of their stay leaving use of the 2nd shower room / toilet, the client declined the Managers offer of a move to another apartment at our cost. Cables exposed under the bath,by the plumber during this 5 day period, supplied the Jacuzzi pump that had been taken out of service weeks before and electrically isolated to ensure complete safety. The bathroom will soon be refurbished and brought back to the original high standard.
The small trustworthy business that manages our apartment have done a superb job for us over many years and consistently draw very positive comments about the high standard of cleanliness. Their excellent standards and rapid response to keep our clients happy make us feel fortunate to have them. Their good reputation has spread and they have taken on many other apartments in El Limonar and around Mijas golf since we have had the benefit of their services.

"Very nice apartment - Quiet and good value"
We stayed here in June - great location although you do need to have a car. Apartment really nice - very peaceful - fantastic balcony over looking the golf course. Not far to travel to other areas - we had a day trip to Gilbralta which was easy to get to. Marbella just a short drive away as well. Overall would say definately worth a visit - very good value .for money.

"A comfortable and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in a good location."
This was our 3rd year running in this well fitted self catering apartment which overlooks Mijas golf course. We and a couple of friends will almost certainly be using it again next year as it is not only a pleasant location but is handy for getting into Fuengirola or any of the smaller resorts/beaches along the coast to Marbella - only 1/2 hour away by car. 2 golf courses are on the doorstep and a wide choice of others are within a 1/2 hour drive. This is a modern block with its own swimming pool,underground car parking and good security. A car is essential and there are only limited shops in the locality. A quiet position but close enough to 'lively spots' if required.
