Luxury front line golf apartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Secure video access system and double locks. Lift and stairs to 3rd floor. Air/Con - Central Heating. Fully equipped Kitchen. Additional child bed and ensuite to Master bedroom. Enclosed Pool and Gardens ensure privacy. Underground secure car parking with electronic access. Large west facing balcony with BBQ, patio furniture and Sun Beds.

Situated on the beautiful and mature Mijas Golf Resort with panoramic views over the golf course, towards the Mijas Mountain range and towards the beautiful ancient mountain town of Mijas. Many walking paths between the mountain and the course are easily accessed from the apartment block.

Smokers please smoke outside the apartment on the covered terrace. Ashtrays are provided. Please avoid cigarette stubs falling onto garden / pool area directly below the terrace.
Please observe all community rules. These rules are in place to maximise harmony between holiday makers and residents. A copy of the rules is placed in the lounge drawer unit. Please minimise noise at all times but particularly after 8 pm.

We provide discounted rates for golf green fees and other golf break services including hire cars and airport / golf transfers.
There are around 60 golf courses within 45 mins drive, most within 30 mins.
We can pre-book your tee times and reserve buggies, trollies, clubs or lessons.
There is a golf practice area at Mijas golf with a range, chipping green and putting green.
There is also a very well stocked Pro Shop in the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse restaurant provides an excellent menu at a very reasonable cost.
Tennis and other sports are available close to Mijas Golf and there are many walks, direct from the apartment, across green land towards the mountain.
There are many children's ammenities within 20 mins drive including Beach activities, Water park, Sea life park, Theme park, Muliplex Cinema, Mountain cable car, Play zones, Local parks.

1 A £100 GBP (Eu 150) non refundable deposit is necessary to secure a booking.
2 Full balance payment to be made 6 weeks prior to travel.
3 A £100 GBP (Eu 150) bond is due with the balance payment. This is held against loss or damage and is
fully refundable upon satifactory inspection of the apartment.
4 All clients must have taken out holiday insurance covering personal and medical accident or losses.
5 Any accident, for whatever reason, occuring within the property, shall be the sole responsibility of the
client and not the owner.
6 No Pets.

Conditions

Apartment information, directions from the airport and keys are normally posted to guests 7 days before departure. The Bond payment is refunded upon receipt of keys and satisfactory vacation of the apartment.

The Costa del Sol region

Premier holiday region of Spain. Many coastal resorts including Nerja, Torre de Mar, Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and Gibraltar are all within one hour's drive. Malaga and Marbella are within 25 mins drive.There are also many attractions for families nearby with the Selwo Marine Park, Tivoli Theme Park, Fuengirola Park / Zoo and a Water Park as well as the many beaches. Also close by is the ancient mountain pueblo of Mijas.

Low cost flight to Malaga. (Easyjet from most regions of the UK.Also Ryanair, BMIbaby,Thomson, FlyBE and Monarch) Drive to Fuengirola then exit N340 at Coin junction. Head for Coin. Mijas Golf 3 to 4 Kms on RHS. Pass under motorway and take 1st right towards 'Matchroom Country Club'. Turn left at top of hill and continue to keep golf course on LHS. Follow road to right at the bottom of the hill and El Limonar Apartments is on LHS. (Portal 5 apartment 3B.)

“Very nice apartment - Quiet and good value” We stayed here in June - great location although you do need to have a car. Apartment really nice - very peaceful - fantastic balcony over looking the golf course. Not far to travel to other areas - we had a day trip to Gilbralta which was easy to get to. Marbella just a short drive away as well. Overall would say definately worth a visit - very good value .for money.

“A comfortable and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in a good location.” This was our 3rd year running in this well fitted self catering apartment which overlooks Mijas golf course. We and a couple of friends will almost certainly be using it again next year as it is not only a pleasant location but is handy for getting into Fuengirola or any of the smaller resorts/beaches along the coast to Marbella - only 1/2 hour away by car. 2 golf courses are on the doorstep and a wide choice of others are within a 1/2 hour drive. This is a modern block with its own swimming pool,underground car parking and good security. A car is essential and there are only limited shops in the locality. A quiet position but close enough to 'lively spots' if required.
