About the home

Over 2 floors this spacious well equipped house consists of 1 double bedroom,1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom offering a home from home holiday. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom (both have doors to a large balcony). There is also a shower room with walk in shower, basin and wc. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, dining table for 6 and a comfortable lounge area (with bed settee) which opens onto a large open terrace with mountain views. The living area has satellite TV and a DVD player. Also on this floor is a single bedroom and a shower room with basin and wc. Property is suitable for 5 adults max.

The Costa del Sol region

Mijas Pueblo is a traditional Spanish whitewashed village with spectacular views of the coast, numerous restaurants and shops, historical places of interest and the famous "Burro taxis" .The Costa Del Sol enjoys a very long summer season with an average of 300 days of sunshine. It also stays light until 10.00 pm in the summer.
The town of Fuengirola is only 10 minute drive away with a huge selection of shops,restaurants,bars and nightclubs and the longest beach on the Costa Del Sol.
La Cala is a pretty fishing village with a great beach and is a 15 min drive.

Benalmadina and Puerto Banus offer pretty ports where you can spot the rich and famous on their yachts.

Local facilities also include a water park, quadbiking, horse riding, tennis, golf, watersports, local markets, cinemas with english films, a zoo and 2x 18 hole golf courses.

The Mijas Golf / Pueblo Mijitas area

A quiet location yet within easy reach by car of Mijas Costa , Mijas, Fuengirola and La Cala.
There are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance of the property. 2 stunning award winning golf courses (Los Lagos & Los Olivos) are very close to the Pueblo.
Locally there is an excellent range of activities for you to enjoy that will satisfy every need.

Mr & Mrs Hunt - Cheshire - we loved the house it was comfortable, clean and had great facilities. It felt very spacious being on 2 floors and the terrace was fantastic- especially watching the sunsets in the evenings. Although the complex is quite remote we were soon in the town and there are local shops close by. We loved the tranquility of the complex and thought it was charming. We used the gym and spa in the Raddisson opposite the complex which was a great facility. We will be back next year for sure.
