This two bedroom, two bathroom furnished apartment is ideally located at the popular La Siesta De Mijas Golf complex, close to the pretty mountainside village of Mijas. The apartment has a front-line golf view over the 11th fairway of the renowned Mijas Golf, Los Olivos course.

Everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay is provided here both within the apartment and in the well maintained sub-tropical gardens that offer 3 beautiful swimming pools.

You simply couldn't be in a better location, which is confirmed by our regular repeat bookings. Our English speaking representative is on hand to answer any questions/queries and will meet you on arrival. Her aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

SPECIAL WINTER MONTHLY RATES

From 1st October 2011 to 31st May 2012 we are offering a special monthly rate of £475 (plus electricity which will be charged at cost).

A 30% non refundable deposit secures the booking. Please make payment via cheque or bank transfer (contact the owner for details). The remaining balance must be made 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

A £100 deposit is required with the final payment. This is held against damage and breakages and is fully refundable via bank transfer on inspection of the apartment after departure. The apartment may not be ready for occupation before 4pm. Unless by prior agreement the apartment must be vacated by 10.30am.

A surcharge of £10 per guest is payable directly to our representative when keys are handed over should you arrive after 10pm in the evening. No pets are allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies.

Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartment. Any accident that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the sole responsibility of the respective client, not the agent or owner.
