The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, large fitted wardrobes and double bed and opens onto the terrace via sliding patio doors,
There are two further twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom.
Well-appointed kitchen and laundry room with large fridge freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave plus all the accessories you need for your stay.
The lounge/dining room has direct access to the terrace via sliding patio doors and comes complete with satellite television, DVD, CD player and wifi internet access.
The large terrace with outside dining, sun loungers and views over the golf course with the beautiful Mijas Hills as a back drop is a fabulous way to enjoy those balmy evenings

With its cosmopolitan culture and history dating back hundreds of years there is so much to see and do, from the bright lights of Puerto Banus and Marbella to the historic cities of Granada and Ronda. The pretty village of Mijas is nearby and is well worth a visit
The coast has an excellent year round climate which can reach over 35 degrees in the summer months and rarely falls below 10 degrees in the winter.
With fabulous beaches of La Cala de Mijas, Cabopino and Fuengirola on your door step as well as the local countryside it''s an ideal holiday location.

Within walking distance from Las Golondrinas apartments is the Match Room bar restaurant offering nightly family entertainment including a flamenco night.
Just a short walk away from the apartments you will find a mini-supermarket, the Restaurant ‘El Golf’ and two Spanish Venta’s, Hoyo 19 and La Morena for the more traditional Spanish fare
The location is ideal only 20km from Marbella and Puerto Banus with its chic restaurants and bars.
Fuengirola with all its lively charm is only a 10 minute drive away. There you will find superb shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit everyone.
La Cala de Mijas is a lovely coastal town with a beautiful safe beach. Every Wednesday & Saturday is market day where you will pick up some great bargains.
Just along the coast is Cabopino with a gorgeous beach and pretty harbour with a variety of cafes and restaurants. A great day out.
For the golfer it’s close to paradise with an abundance of courses, only a short drive from the Las Golondrinas apartments.
Personal favourite golf courses are Mijas, Santana, Cabopino and Santa Maria but there are so many to choose from you that you are spoilt for choice.
