Breakage deposit: Valid credit or debit card as guarantee in case of breakage or damage to the property. As well as refundable fee of 500 Euros on arrival in cash.

The Costa del Sol region

Mijas-Costa covers a 600,000 square metre area and belongs to the town of Mijas on the Costa del Sol. The whole of Mijas has 56.838 inhabitants. Mijas-Costa is east of Marbella and situated almost in the middle of Marbella and Fuengirola.

It has easy access via the motorway making travel easy to anywhere on the Costa del Sol. Malaga's international airport is 25 minutes away and Marbella's large shopping centre can be reached in just 15 minutes.

Benalmadena is just 15 minutes drive away, Marbella 20 minute drive away, Gibraltar around 60 minutes drive away.

The Mijas Golf / Los Olivos, Mijas Golf area

Located in the notorious golf valley, the Mijas Golf Resort is situated only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The resort itself has two fantastic courses to play, Los Lagos and Los Olivos, both of which will provide an enjoyable challenge.

The clubhouse provides a tasteful restaurant and bar which caters for all, and the various hotels offer a selection of bars and restaurants, as well as sublime spa facilities. Venturing away from the resort, there is the town of Fuengirola nearby.

Here, you can find cinemas, shops, international cuisine and much more. Within a ten minute drive lies some of the best blue flag beaches imaginable. With golden sand and brilliant blue seas, they are the ideal setting for peace and relaxation.

Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk from most UK destinations to Malaga airport.
Car hire - We can arrange fantastic car hire for you, our rep personally meets all clients upon arrival at
Malaga airport, this way ensuring a fast start to your holiday and with new fleet of cars for 2008 its a
worth while service.

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the local town of Fuengirola.
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 40 Euro, alternatively we can organise
English-speaking transfers from the airport for any number of people.

“Fantastic” We had a great time everything we wanted plus more . We needed a villa for a baby so cot was provided good quality. A villa that would keep my 10 year old and 17 year old happy we got it .Most of all a villa that would give us a holiday, we got it relaxing but just a short drive to good bars,resterants and very good shops will def go again. We would use this agent again as he was very helpfull and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday . Response: Thank you for your many re-peat holidays with us.
