The world famous 5* Hotel Byblos, Los Olivos Club House, and Radission SAS Resort and spa, gym, and poolside bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.

By car, Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, and local beaches, 10 mins, BenalMadena, Mijas Village, Torremolinos 15 mins, Marbella, Malaga, Puerta Banus, 25 mins, Gbraltar and Rhonda 120 mins, Ideally situated for Water parks, zoo's Tivoli World , Gibraltar,etc.

This room also has large mounted flat screen TV with Satellite TV/DVD, plus a music centre with a selection of DVD’s and CD’s and ipod conection. The Luxury Soft Furnishings make this Lounge truly 5* and the French Doors leading out to luxury terrace over looking the Golf Course.There are three Splendid bedrooms on the ground floor.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has been furnished to a very high standard and has the benefit of Luxury Soft Furnishings including, matching Designer Curtains, Bedspreads and contrasting cushions. The double French windows make this room extremely bright and airy. .The room has a King Size Bed, option of twins on request, Top Quality Bedroom Furniture, Double Mirrored Wardrobes, Luxury ceiling fan, Flat screen satellite television (BBC ITV etc)

2ND BEDROOM
This bedroom Comprises two single beds, Option of Queen size on request, Top Quality Bedroom Furniture, Double Mirrored Wardrobes, Luxury Soft furnishings and Luxury ceiling fan.. The french doors open out to a private terrace.

This Bedroom Comprises of 2 Full Size Single Beds, Option of Queen size on request, The room has been furnished to a very high standard and has doubled mirrored wardrobes. The luxury soft furnishings make this room beautiful. The is an additional television which plays DVDs only, ideal for children.The Room also has a luxury ceiling fan and and the windowlooks out onto a private terrace.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped Luxury Kitchen with, Oven/Grill, Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Iron & Ironing Board. The Kitchen is also stocked out with plenty of cutlery , crockery, utensils and cooking pans etc. This kitchen is very large indeed and well above the standard of a normal rental property in Puebla aida.

This property has a choice of three terraces. The first one is accessed via beautiful French doors off of the lounge. This terrace over looks the Golf course and is ideal for alfresco dining.

Lower Terrace:
Ideal for sunbathing, it receives sun all day and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and golf course. The third terrace is a private terrace which is accessed via the 2nd bedroom.

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
30% of rental fee due when booking the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The Costa del Sol is a fantastic place to take your holiday. There is something here for all ages from the young to the old. The climate is good all year, and the lists of places to visit are endless. It boasts some of the best Golf courses in the word, and you are certainly spoilt for choice.

The Costa del Sol is an all year location, with lots of festivals and Fiestas throughout the seasons.
Endless sports including: Horse Riding, Scuba Diving, Quad Biking, Roller Blading, Tennis, Golf, Fishing,
Hiking, Parasending, Water ski-ing, plus the Sierra Nevada is only a short drive away during the Ski Season.

The Mijas Golf / Puebla Aida area

October 6 -12 is the biggest Ferria in Fuengirola. Dancing in the Streets, Horse displays, Running of the balls,
Fun fair for the children, and an abundance of fiesta with food and entertainment, all held at the ferria ground in Fuegirola. Places to visit include: Seaworld, Selwo, Tivoli World, Fuengirola Zoo, Aqua land, Donkey Sanctuary,
Local Horseriding stables.
