About the home

This superb one bedroom apartment is situated in the pretty Andalucian village type complex of Puebla Aida. With its pretty cobbled walkways, fountained courtyards, beautiful maintained gardens and a choice of 4 swimming pools.
Puebla Aida is within the grounds of Mijas Golf, 20 mins from Malaga Airport, 10 mins from Fuengirola and 25 mins from the Cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerta Banus.
The accommodation comprises of – One double bedroom which has a ceiling fan and Air conditioning/heating, fitted wardrobes and views towards the mountains. The shower room has a walk- in- shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven & hob, micro-wave, toaster, Iron & Ironing board.
The lounge/ dining area has a Sofa bed, ceiling fan, Sky TV, DVD Player, CD Player and radio, dining table and chairs and French doors leading out onto the large terrace which has patio table and chairs, sun loungers and views towards the golf course and mountains which offer some fine sunsets.
Car hire is recommended for easy access to the many fine beaches, restaurants, local water park, horse riding, many golf courses and much more.
A meet & greet service, welcome pack and a weekly linen and towel change are included in the price.

There is a Water Park, Horse Riding, Go Karting, Tennis, Water Sports and the resort of Fuengirola with its many shops bars and restaurants all within a maximum 5 klm radius. The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerta Banus with their luxury yachts and spectacular marina are only 25 mins drive away.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If a booking is taken within the 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the holiday is required.

The Costa Del Sol is renowned for its many miles of beautiful sandy beaches and many water sports and activities associated with it
Puerto Banus MarbellathBenamadena and the historic and beautiful Mijas village are only 20 mins from Puebla aida. If you want togo further a field the breath taking Sierra Navadas or Gibraltar are only a 90 min drive away.
From Gibraltar you can take the ferry and cross the 11 miles over to Africa

When you have collected your luggage please phone my friend Fabian on (0034) 654801483 so I know you are on your way.
On leaving the airport car park go across the road and under the fly over it is sign posted Malaga Cadiz E15 N340
Follow this round and join the main road you will then come to a roundabout, go straight across and stay in the right hand lane, you will then have the San Miguel brewery to your right. Stay in this lane and you will filter off to the right and onto the motorway.
Again stay in the right hand lane you will come to a building with the sign CARRANZA on the roof (it is lit up at night) next to this is a BMW garage. The road will filter off to the right sign posted Benalmadena E15, A7, and N340 you must take this turning.
Continue along this road, you will go past a Repsol garage/service area on the right.
You will eventually come to a fork in the road that has a large sign across the motorway, ‘ Peaje’ which bares to the left is the toll road, (do not take this road) and to the right it is sign posted Fuengirola Costa, Algeciras N340 you must follow this road.
Continue along this road, you will go under a bridge that has painted on it in Black “ Las Lasgunas Mijas Costa “ straight after this there is a junction which is sign posted Fuengirola & Coin, take this and at the bottom of the slip road you will come to a island, turn right and follow the sign to Coin.
You will go past a BP petrol station on the left a little further on there is a Repsol petrol station on the right.
There will then be a restaurant on the left just past this you will go under a motorway bridge having past this you will see a sign on the left for Villas at Puebla Aida this has a blue back ground. Turn right here, you will now be driving through a Golf Course. Go straight on past the Byblos Hotel which is on the left. Next you will come to an island, go straight across, you will now be driving up bank. The road bends, but you will come to a big white sign that reads ‘Puebla Aida’ follow the road to the left, then on the right you will see green garage doors. By the last door you will see some steps up to the apartments - I live there, and will meet you and take you to your apartment
