Air conditioned, individually furninshed, 2 bedroom apartments, set in beautiful and extensive tropical gardens with 5 swimming pools, including an infant pool. Fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and washing machines. Large lounges with UK satellite TV and every comfort you would expect to find in your holiday home. Balcony is equipped with patio furniture and overlooks the beautiful gardens and pools. Only 3.5 kilometres away from the bustling seaside resort of Fuengirola, where you can find entertainment, bars and restaurants to suite all tastes and ages. .

A selection of individually furninshed, 2 bedroom apartments, set in beautiful and extensive tropical gardens with 5 swimming pools, including an infant pool. Sitio del Golf overlooks the 16th fairway of Los Lagos, Mijas Golf. And is only 3.5 kilometres away from the bustling seaside resort of Fuengirola, where you can find entertainment, bars and restaurants to suite all tastes and ages. The large and beautifully appointed pools have lifeguards are in attendance from May to September. Each apartment has a large balcony, equipped with patio furniture, which overlooks the beautiful tropical, tranquil gardens and pools. The apartments are all privately owned and furnished to individual taste. Large lounges with UK satellite TV and every comfort you would expect to find in your holiday home. The kitchens are fully equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave and washing machines, enabling you to prepare the culinary delights connected with the Spanish Mediterranean, which you can serve in the dining area or on the balcony. The master bedrooms have ‘en–suite’ with full bath and shower, while the 2nd bedrooms are adjacent to the shower room. There is plenty of wardrobe space in all the bedrooms. Also, there is ample parking in the service road.

Restaurants and bars are nearby. A quiet location but within easy access to the beach, golf courses, shops and other attractions, makes Sitio del Golf an ideal location for either your family holiday or a golfing break!

Next door is the well known Tamisa Golf Hotel, where you can relax at the poolside bar, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant or terrace. Most of the apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms for your comfort.

Each apartment has a large balcony, equipped with patio furniture overlooking the beautiful tropical, tranquil gardens and pools. Some of the apartments also overlook Mijas Golf Course from the 2nd balcony.

Smoking is permitted on the balconies only.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartments must be vacated by 10.30 am.
Community rules: These are available in each apartment and we appreciate your assistance in adhering to them.
'Due to changes in Spain satellite channels may be restricted.

Conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions.

* A 30% non refundable deposit secures the booking.
* Full balance of payment must be made 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
* A £75.00 (100.00 Euro) deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, and is fully refundable via bank transfer on inspection of apartment after departure.
* No groups considered, when all members of the party are under 30 years of age.
* If due to circumstances beyond our control the accommodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of residence we will do everything within our power to offer the client alternative accommodation to the same or of a similar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.
* All clients must have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance, which can be arranged, if the client elects to arrange his/her own cover we request the name of the insurer and the policy no.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
* No Pets

If the booking is cancelled then the following charges apply.

6 weeks deposit plus 20%
4 weeks deposit plus 40%
2 weeks deposit plus 60%
1 week deposit plus 80%
Unused no refund

The Costa del Sol region

Malaga Airport is only 25 minutes drive away.

There is plenty to see and do around Mijas Costa.

Less than a 15 minute drive takes you to the quieter, old fishing village of La Cala.

A variety of safe and clean beaches are within a short drive, with all the water sports you would expect from Mediterranean resorts.

Golf courses are in abundance along the Costa del Golf, with Miraflores, La Cala, the new Santana and Alhaurin only 15 minutes away by car.

Fuengirola Zoo is new, at dusk they change the animals from daytime to nocturnal.

An Aquapark is just down the road.

Selwo Wild Life Park is about 50 minutes, with lions, elephants, giraffes all in a natural surrounding.

Tivoli World, is a small theme park in Benalmedena, where you will also find the Crocodile Park, Seaworld and Selwo Dolphin Park

The old and historical towns of Grenada and Seville are about 2 hours drive. Excursions run daily from Fuengirola.

Visit the Rock of Gibraltar, here you can see the Barbary Apes, the Siege Tunnels and St Michael's Caves. Shopping here is duty free!

The Mijas Golf area

Sitio del Golf, Mijas Golf is situated just over 3 kilometres from Fuengirola, which offers all the bars, restaurants and entertainments of a top holiday resort, where bars, restaurants and family entertainment are in abundance.

Next door to the complex is the well known Tamisa Golf Hotel, where you can relax in the poolside bar, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant or on their terrace.

A two minute walk opposite, takes you to the ’Pub in the Park’, where you can sit outside, have a drink while your food cooks on the FREE barbecues.

Within an easy distance is the enjoyable El Golf Restaurant, set overlooking the golf course and serving tapas and beautiful charcoal gilled food.

Mijas Golf club house is visible from Sitio del Golf and is less than a 5 minute drive, again there is a good restaurant/bar in a relaxing setting.

A car would be required to get to all the local attractions

"It was lovely. Having direct access to th pool was wonderful for the kids. They had such a wonderful time in the pools that we didn't see them unless they wanted feeding, which gave us the break that we needed! Thanks Susan very much, the description on the website does not do it justice.

"very comfortable ideal as a centre if you dont play golf. quiet ,glorious grounds and a view of the mijas mountain. locked keys in apaartment.... not a problem, couldnt have been more helpful. will be returning nest year!"

"An ideal location for playing golf. We booked 3 apartments for a golfing party. We were all met on arrival, taken to the apartments and shown around. As we were all golfers, we had apartments overlooking Mijas Golf, this was wonderful to sip a glass of wine or beer and look at the other golfers. Seeing some of them, I realised how good I was!!!! Susan also arranged for us to have a special 'presentation dinner' in the hotel next door.
