Panoramic Villas have a very pretty single level Villa set in extensive private gardens with driveway, electric gates and garage, heated pool (optional), satellite TV and air con/heating (optional) throughout. Ideally located within 15 minutes from night-life and beaches, and only 5 minutes walk to local shops.

Exterior:
Heated (optional) pool with slide, large secluded gardens with sun shade - ideal for small children, BBQ area.

Beautiful views over the surrounding area from a quiet secure private garden. The extensive gardens are well maintained with areas for outside dining and plenty of space around the poolside on the large terrace for sunbathing. There is also a brick built BBQ making al fresco dining easy. Exterior lighting also allows you to take advantage of the stunning night lit views with the exterior lighting during the warm evenings. A stunning location boasting fantastic views.

For stays of 1 week or more we offer a weekly clean, linen change and towels (except beach towels), pool and garden maintenance.

We accept Credit / Debit Card payments through our online secure website.

25% deposit to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del Sol´s sunny climate with over 300 days of the year with sunshine has made this beautiful coastline the premier tourist destination in Spain.

The varied coastline has diverse offerings; many long sandy beaches, coves half hidden amongst cliffs, marinas and fishing grounds. It is protected from cold north winds by the mountains and has a mild climate with sea breezes and scant rainfall. The vegetation is subtropical in character while oranges, lemons and olives grow in abundance. Away from the coast the scenery is largely mountainous and dotted with pretty, white Spanish villages, valleys and hillsides planted with orchards and spectacular views.

Mijas Costa is located halfway from Malaga to Marbella. Local amenities include Golf, sailing, water skiing, canoeing, cycling, tennis, walking, horse riding, jet ski, go karting, snorkelling, swimming, bird watching, flora and fauna, sea fishing.

Loved by families with numerous beaches with gentle slops into the sea, and of course famous for the Golf scene, being often referred to as Costa del Golf.

We have a Car Hire company that we can recommend and trust that will either deliver the car to Malaga Airport for your collection or alternatively they can deliver the car direct to your villa.
