This penthouse apartment consists of three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en suite bathroom, as well as a patio door leading to the terrace. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds and there is also a guest shower room. The large lounge dining area leads out on to a south-facing terrace which has amazing views of the sea including, on clear days, the coastline stretching to Gibraltar and North Africa. There is a large roof solarium which is accessed via a spiral staircase. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and has a useful utility room with a washing machine.
This well-appointed apartment is set on a residential complex with good access to all the amenities Riviera has to offer. There are two swimming pools and spacious garden areas with sea views. Riviera is surrounded by golf courses and there are many more within a short drive. The beach is just a few minutes' drive away. Great restaurants either on the beach or nearby offer a variety of different cuisines.

The Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
Riviera del Sol is one of the popular resorts located on the breath taking coast line of the Costa del Sol. It is located between Fuegirola and Marbella. Riviera del Sol is a mixed residential and holiday area enjoying every facility and services needed to enjoy life comfortably. Banks, restaurants, shops, supermarket, chemists, numerous golf courses and a country club are all to hand. Riviera del Sol has its own golf course (Miraflores), golf school, tennis club, lawn bowls and numerous golf courses and many other sports facilities are within 10 minutes drive.
The nightlife in the area for young and old is fabulous. Locations like Puerto Banus, Nikki Beach, Marbella, and Fuengirola are all close by.
During the day there are many local markets including La Cala and Fuengirola that sell fruitvVeg, clothes, gifts, shoes, handbags etc.
The Riviera Beach is within 5 minutes driving distance of the apartment and it has a good beach cafe/restaurant. For walking/cycling/rollerblading/running there are many good hard promenades nearby including Marbella Beach, Fuengirola Beach.
There are lots of activities within 20 min. drive. In Fuengirola (10 min.) you find an aqua park, and an excellent zoo. The Tivoli World Centre in Benalmadena (15 mins drive) is an ideal day out - with funfair rides for children of all ages, or you can take the spectacular cable car ride to the top of the mountain. The new Selwo animal, marine, and adventure parks are located in Estepona and Benalmadena and there is dolphin watching and sea fishing off the coast. A 15 minute drive takes you to the large shopping centre La Canada which has many high street fashion and retail shops. At Marbella, old meets new, traditions blend harmoniously with modern culture and comforts. Prepare to be dazzled by ritzy houses, huge yachts parked in swanky marinas, designer stores, stylish restaurants and bars.

Once there we recommend you to rent a car through the car rental services below.
If not there is the the option to use a taxi which will is a short 25min drive from the airport.
You also have the option of arriving by train to Fuengirola or by ferry to Malaga.
It can't be easier then that, which ever way you choose you'll be starting your vacation within 25min.

From the airport follow the signs to Cadiz (N340). Keep on this motorway which turns into the AP7 toll road until you reach the Calahonda exit. Exit at this junction and proceed to the toll where a payment of between 2 and 5 euros will b required. The apartment is within minutes of the toll and more deatiled directions will be given at booking stage.

Lovely apartment, well equipped with great views from the balcony and roof terrace
Only 2 of us but if there were 6 not enough comfortable seating in lounge - although there are dining chairs
We arrived late at night and although there was water was in fridge, would have been useful if a small welcome pack of bread, milk , juice etc was in apt for arrival. There is a supermarket 5 mins drive away open till 2am but last thing we felt like was going back out in the dark to try to find it -a welcome pack, which majority of apt/villa owners do provide would be an option.
Certainly would not put me off returning to apt - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A deposit is required at the time of booking of 200.00 euros(non-refundable). The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to departure together with a security deposit of 250.00 euros, required to cover breakages, excess use of electricity, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is will be refunded within 2 weeks after receipt of keys.
A 100% Cancellation charge(including deposit) applies within 6 weeks of travel,Curtailment during stay 100%charge.
A bank transfer to our bank in Spain in Euros is preferred. We do however accept Paypal payments by debit/credit card +3.5% charge applies
Cleaning and laundry will be carried out before arrival and post departure but we do encourage visitors to leave the apartment as they find it. Additional cleaning/laundry service can be provided upon request with an additional charge locally. Linen and towels provided(please bring own beach towels). An additional charge will be levied if the apartment is left in an unclean state.
