Home description
The apartment has an entrance hall, lounge/dining room, two bedrooms, en suite bathroom, shower room, kitchen, and sun terrace accessed via patio doors. There are marble floors throughout. The lounge/dining room is furnished with two double seat leather sofas, coffee table and dining table for 6. For entertainment indoors, there is 22" TV .
The bedrooms (one double with en suite and one twin) have bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. One of the bathrooms is on suite.
The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster and is stocked with pans, utensils and crockery. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
For families with young children, we are able to provide cots and high chairs if required.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Riviera del Sol is on the Mediterranean coast between Malaga and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Beaches, golf courses, restaurants, bars, local markets and various sports facilities are all within easy reach.
The apartment makes an ideal base from which to explore the region. Many of the riches of Andalucia are on your doorstep. There are white hill villages such as Mijas and Ojen, stunning Ronda up in the Sierra Bermeja, large resorts like Fuengirola and, farther afield, the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada, famous for the Alhambra.
Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
Close to hand is the Terraza del Golf commercial centre with bars and restaurants overlooking the golf course, a supermarket, newsagent and cashpoint. The Miraflores Golf Restaurant and Spikes Bar are also nearby. On the Riviera front there are numerous shops including 24-hour supermarket, cashpoint, currency exchange, bars, restaurants and a park. The Aztec Country Club provides an Olympic-sized pool, tennis, badminton, gym, games room and Internet Centre as well as food and entertainment.
Calahonda is a short drive away where again you'll find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Sandy beaches along the local coastline provide a place to relax with their own bars and family facilities including Calahonda, Cala de Mijas and Cabopino. Puerto Cabopino has a nice selection of restaurants around its harbour. To the west along the coast, places to visit include famous Marbella (15 minutes away) and Puerto Banus (a further 5 minutes) - one of the worlds most expensive marinas. To the east, Fuengirola is the nearest major town (5km) and has a superb beach, Water Park, Zoo and Mirymar shopping mall. Benalmadena has its own marina, sea-life centre and Tivoli World Theme Park. 20 minutes inland is the famous "white village" of Mijas with its fantastic views of the coast and mountains.
Further afield is Gibraltar, the town of Ronda or the historic Alhambra Palace in Granada. For all golfers, there is an abundance of courses and facilities to choose from. Miraflores is a fine 18-hole course with views of the mountains and Mediterranean. Within 2 minutes of the apartment is a 2-tiered driving range alongside a Pro shop and cafeteria. The Clubhouse welcomes all visitors. For the more serious golfer, 15 minutes from the apartment is the David Leadbetter Golf Academy at La Cala providing world class facilities.

How to get there
Riviera del Sol sits on the coast midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. Riviera del Sol is situated only a few minutes from the new AP 7 motorway access, and the national coast road the A7 (formerly the N-340), allowing access to Malaga airport in 25 minutes. Riviera del Sol runs down to the beach and is adjacent to Calahonda. Riviera is a mixed residential and holiday area enjoying every facility and services needed to enjoy life comfortably. Banks, restaurants, shops, supermarket, chemist and a health centre are all to hand.
Riviera has its own golf course, golf school tennis club, lawn bowls and numerous golf courses and many other sports facilities are within 10 minutes drive.
Bus routes lead to all areas and there are bus stops either side of the A7 (N340) main road going to Marbella and to Fuengirola. The new Costa del Sol Hospital is 10 minutes drive away.
Nearby Puerto Cabopino provides mooring for boats and all water sports, as well as a lovely beach.
