This brand new 2 bedroom, 1bathroom apartment is furnished to a high comfortable standard with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great views on the balcony from the hills down to the sea.
This quiet area has many excellent bars and restaurants. Superbly situated close to the nearby commercial centre with bank, supermarket, newsagents and many other amenities. Close by is the famous Miraflores 18 hole golf course and the main Riviera del Sol centre where there are more shops, restaurants, bars, taxi rank, and bus stops to help you easily travel in the direction of Fuengirola or Marbella.

Apartment is fully air-conditioned. This can also be used to heat the apartment during the winter months. The Apartment is suitable for both families and couples looking for a romantic getaway. A lift is available for easy access for elderly clients. A digital Safe is available in the apartment and all windows and doors are secure. The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe bedside cabinets and hair dryer.The second bedroom has a bedside cabinet draws and clothes hanging area. An under ground car parking space is available to use if a car is hired. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay .Strictly no smoking in the apartment. The lounge area has comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen TV. The balcony is spacious and has a table and four chairs. Please note apartment towels are not to be used for the beach or the pool. z

The apartment is built in a safe and gated urbanisation and includes a large shared pool with smaller pool for children, surrounded by a safe fenced off grassed garden area. There are poolside showers and a communal toilet block also available. A life guard is present at all times during the peak season. Entrance to the urbanization is only gained with an electronic key fob.This will be provided on arrival the key fob also enables access to secure parking if you are driving. The beach is very close by and just a short five minute walk away.
Further details
To secure the booking a £150 non-refundable deposit is required. The final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival plus a £150 refundable damage deposit.
Small breakages ,Glasses ,cups ,plates etc will not be deducted from damage deposit as accidents do happen but we would appreciate it if you have time to replace broken items with similar items.

Conditions
No pets allowed on site. No groups of under 25s. Please note that any accident or injury, however it occurs, for what ever reason is the responsibility of the client making the booking and not the owner of the property.
Please note. The apartment will be available from 3pm on arrival day. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 11am. This is so that the property can be service cleaned for the next arrival. These times may be flexible depending on the last departure or the next arrival.

The Costa del Sol region
The nearest airport is Malaga which is approximately 35 km by car and will take about 25 minutes to drive. Car hire is recommended, although not essential. A car may be easily booked from Malaga Airport. Plenty of local buses running regularly to Fuengirola and Marbella during the day, and well into the evening. The buses and the train from Fuengirola to Malaga are frequent very reliable and very cheap to use.
The nearest tourist town is Riviera del Sol which is 1km from the apartment. The busy town of Fuengirola is aprox 15km away. La Cala is just 15 minutes walk away and with its many bars shops restaurants and beach is well worth a visit.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 15 to 20 minutes drive from the apartment. Puerto Banus is one of the most prestigious locations on the Costa Del Sol. Fuengirola is also a 15 minute drive, which is very popular with tourists. Further along is the beautiful mountain village of Mijas, which is idyllic, and not to be missed.
The Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area
Local facilities boast a variety of restaurants and bars. Fantastic golden beaches which stretch for miles. Various water sports can be catered for. La Cala de Mijas is the central point of Mijas Costa near Fuengirola. From being a tiny village, La Cala de Mijas has grown in size but still retains its quaint fishing village charm and atmosphere. There are many excellent bars and restaurants in this area.
The traditional local markets are on Wednesday and Saturday. La Cala has its own fiestas in July and during this time it becomes magical. Music and flamenco dancing fill the promenade. La Cala de Mijas is reachable by foot in just 15 minutes. Torrenueva is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and here you will find a supermarket, numerous bars, chinese, Italian, and Indian restaurants as well as many other options. Also various coach excursions including Gibraltar and Dolphin spotting can be booked from the travel agents just a short walk from the apartment. The closest beach is Nachos beach with its bars and restaurants and is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
