Lovely light and airy ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area overlooking the Miraflores golf course and within easy reach of local amenities. Quiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella and Fuengirola. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment has marble flooring and rugs throughout and consists of a master bedroom with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe containing a safe. Adjoining the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom containing a toilet, bidet, large sink and bath with integral shower. The second bedroom contains 2 x single beds, dressing table and wardrobe and across the hallway is a shower room with large sink and toilet.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Riviera is a small community with some very nice restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a bank and several shops, plus a splendid golf course. It has everything that a family or golfer requires for a relaxing sunshine break, with easy access to the beach under the glorious Costa del Sol sunshine.
The Welcome brochure in the apartment includes information on the numerous places to visit in the area including Antequera, Ronda, Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Fuengirola is a short distance from the apartment by bus or car with shops, bars, restaurants, the zoo and Aquapark. Benalmadena is a little bit further where the Tivoli Gardens fun park is situated.
In the opposite direction is Marbella which has the wonderful Old Town with narrow streets and pavement cafes and restaurants and some very nice shops. On the main road shortly before you reach Marbella is the La Canada shopping mall which also has a bowling Alley.
A little further down the road is Puerto Banus where you can wander around the marina and have a glimpse of how the rich people live.
Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
Within the local vicinity the night life is mainly restaurants which range from friendly family run to special occasion restaurants. Some of these are within a short walk of the apartment and some are within reasonable driving distance.
There is a taxi rank in Riviera and taxis can be summoned at a moments notice. There are restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets and some of our favourites are listed in the Welcome folder in the apartment where you will also find information on some of the exciting places to visit on your holiday. For those who have not hired a car, excursions can be arranged by the local estate agency in Riviera. The bus service to Fuengirola and Marbella is regular and inexpensive and details of this will be included with your Welcome letter.
For those requiring a more lively night-life Fuengirola and Marbella are both a short bus/taxi/drive away and for those wishing to venture slightly further, the famous Torremolinos is not too far.
There is a market at La Cala on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and another at the marina at Fuengirola on a Sunday morning.
For those of you who are going to play golf, there are more than 15 golf courses within the local area or you can watch the players on the Miraflores golf course from the balcony. If you are going to play, please remember to bring your proof of handicap from your home golf club.
For those who like to swim in the sea, the beach is just a 0.7 km walk from the apartment with sun loungers, umbrellas, cafes and bars. Alternatively a short drive or bus trip away is the larger Torrenueva beach where you can park on the beach and take everything with you that a family requires for a day out.
How to get there
Malaga airport is the nearest and easiest accessible airport to the apartment with the main N340 road leading directly to the resort.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet from most local airports direct to Malaga airport.
Car hire available from many car hire companies and are located in the arrivals hall of Malaga airport.
There are always local taxis available at the airport or we can advise you of the number of a taxi driver on the Pueblo Los Olivos estate.

Further details indoors: There is a small fully fitted kitchen containing all of the standard appliances which is adjacent to the dining area with a table and 4 chairs which overlooks the spacious lounge that consists of 2 x 2 seater settees with matching coffee tables and sideboard. There is a television set with DVD which is tuned into English channels and also a CD player with a selection of music.
Leading from the living room through the Patio doors is a large west facing balcony furnished with table and chairs so that you can eat al fresco while watching some of the spectacular sunsets. The views from the balcony are of the Miraflores golf course in front and immediately to the right and to the left you can see the sea in the distance.
The apartment is ideal for families, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area during your stay.
Further details outdoors: The apartment benefits from 2 swimming pools on the estate, 1 for adults only, all year round and 1 with a children's section and resident life guard, 1st June to 30th October. The surrounding landscaped gardens are kept in excellent condition and there is private parking for all residents.

A £50.00 deposit is required to secure the booking and subsequently to cover any unreasonable breakages or damage to the property. This will be refunded once the apartment keys have been returned to us and no breakages have occurred. The security deposit is our way of ensuring that the apartment maintains its high standard for all future guests. Payment is due in full 4 weeks before your departure date. All transactions to be made in £GBP.
