This two bedroom apartment is located near to Miraflores Golf Club House and just a few minutes drive from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is approximately 3kms, and the beautiful town of La Cala with it's weekly market is just a few kilometres further. Marbella is a 20 minute drive with Puerto Banus another 10 minutes with it's wonderful marina and cosmopolitan restaurants. Malaga Airport is a 30 minute drive, as the coastal toll road can be reached within 5 minutes.
The double & twin bedrooms sleep four with a comfortable sofa bed to add another two guests. There is a house shower/ WC and one en suite bathroom. The lounge/diner has a large sofa plus Satellite SKY free-view TV & DVD player, as well as dining table & chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, small house safe plus plenty of useful utensils that make for a real home from home.
The whole apartment has cool tiled floors. Doors lead out from the living room to sunny balcony that catches the sun all day from left to right, table & Chairs for breakfast on the balcony and a sun-lounger.
There is air conditioning and central heating in the apartment with roller shutters & mosquito nets on the windows.

The complex is a split between local residents and holidays apartments, so it is very quiet, the garden area around the pool is very well maintained and pleasant.

We try to be as flexible as possible. Mid-week to mid-week bookings are welcome and extra days are charged pro-rata. There is a 10% discount if you book a third or fourth full week. Long weekends are fine, though there is a minimum charge because of cleaning and linen costs. Last minute bookings will be organised if possible.
We ask for 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure.
We also ask for an additional £75 deposit which will be refunded once the property has been vacated and checked, to cover return of keys and any possible damage or small breakages.
Conditions
If want to let long term & have a house pet that would be fine.
The Costa del Sol region


The villages of Costa del Sol are impressive historical monuments in themselves, and their people still live according to age old traditions, which have been inherited from their Iberian, Roman & Moorish forefathers.
Plenty of the villages near to the coast have become fashionable resorts, while they have managed to still retain their conserving ancient charm. Others, lost in the highlands, remain rough and ready olive-farming towns, with a special appeal for those looking for adventure.
Most towns in the Costa Del Sol began as fortresses which over the centuries have developed into thriving agricultural centres producing olive oil, fruit, vegetables & goat milk to name but a few.
The region of Andulisia is a beautiful are of natural beauty with the mountains behind you and the sea in front you have some great views.
It is an easy drive to Gibraltar, and day bus trips are also available, where you can shop tax free, and visit many historic sites.
The Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
Some top restaurants in the nearby Miraflores Golf club, no you don't need to be a member, there are a few quaint restaurants nearby too, closer to the beach at the entrance to the urbanisation there are some great bars more restaurants, shops and a supermarket, the buses run regularly up and down the coastal road and are very reasonable, the beach is white a the sea is blue and crystal clear, along the beach front are more bars and restaurants/clubs.

Many airlines organise regular cheap flights to Malaga from London Stansted & Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham, Southampton, Bristol, Exeter, Manchester, Cardiff etc. Airlines with daily or regular flights include Easyjet, Flybe, BMI Baby, Monarch, British Airways & others.
Malaga airport is approx 25 mins drive away. Car hire is easy from the airport book in advance for cheaper rates. Try Crown hire, Record, Autos Lido or Europ Car. We will provide easy travel directions for you.
Or if you prefer not to hire a car at the airport use our Airport pick-up service which is quick & easy. Our agent will pick you up for 65 euro in the day and 65 euro at night and bring you direct to the apartment (return drop off at the same prices).
Follow signs to Cadiz and Algercias from the airport then down onto the N340 coastal road towards Marbella.
Miraflores is just off the N340 approx 28km from airport.
Alternatively you can take the train from Malaga to Fuengirola (approx every 30 mins) and then a 15 min taxi journey from there. There is an excellent frequent bus service which runs along the whole coastline of the Costa del sol, on the N340. In this case it's 15km from Fuengirola to Riviera del Sol.

Your apartment was just perfect, nice and quiet, well maintained and really convenient for zipping up and down the coast, so I can't think of anything more we could of asked for. We didn't see a cloud for two whole weeks, a bit of a shock coming home to the rain....
