About the home

This villa is spacious and has a large balcony and terraces for dining outside. There is a small terrace off the Kitchen for breakfast in the sun. It has a large garden with lawn area and some fruit trees and beached pool suitable for young children and elderly. The villa is in a prime position with sea views and convenient for all amenities.

There is a health club with gymnasium, pool, tennis courts, beauty salon and restaurants, just 3 minutes walk from the villa. It is not always necessary to hire a car-unless on a daily basis for travelling as local taxis and buses are easily available.

Beaches vary and are in walking distance and others a short taxi, bus or car ride. This property has private space and distance from other properties and the secluded pool gets all day sun.

Further details indoors:
The master bedroom with en suite is on the main floor as you enter the villa. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are down an internal staircase. These bedrooms lead out to the garden and pool. They have a bathroom between them. The bedrooms have quiet ceiling fans, with wall switch controls.
There is a portable cool/hot air unit and the downstairs bedrooms have radiators. There is a full size z-bed for a seventh person to be placed in which ever bedroom you choose. There are 2 cots with linen (free of charge).
There is a large air-conditioning/heating unit in the living area.
Flat screen t.v with satillite English channels.
Books and games are provided in the lounge.
There are 2 highchairs and a pushchair (free of charge).

Further details outdoors:
The pool is a beached pool therefore suitable for children and the elderly. It is secluded and gets all day sun.
There are six sun loungers with mattresses and 2 umbrellas.

There is a large table with chairs on the terrace off the living area. This terrace has stairs to the garden and pool.
There is a small terrace off the kitchen with table and chairs.

On the terrace by the barbecue, there is another table with chairs.
The property is walled back and front. Secure and private.

There is a gardener/pool man who attends regularly.

Cleaning for arrival and departure but daily maid service is extra on request.

Fly to Malaga airport. There are numerous flights to Malaga everyday.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to the villa from the airport.

We can arrange airport transfers to and from the villa. These are much cheaper than the airport taxis.

There are always airport taxis available if preferred.

If you wish to hire a car, we can give you some good websites.

We will send you simple instructions to drive from the airport to the villa, nearer your arrival time.

“Excellent apartment” Casa Bella is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area of Riviera Del Sol. The apartment was clean and fully equipped and had ample room for my family (4). The pool was excellent and just the right size for us; however we did lose the use of hte pool fr a day as it was being cleaned. The bbq area is brilliant in an evening and allowed us to have some cheaper meals rather than eating out every night. Patricia and Michael were excellent hosts and were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend the villa to others. Response: Unfortunately it was a misunderstanding. The 'poolman' put something in the pool and told the people not to use it for a little while. These people misunderstood and did not use it for a day. We were very sorry about this. They were a lovely family and we enjoyed having them stay.

“Great holiday Villa” Patricia and Michael were very welcoming and had provided us with provisions and a bottle of Cava. The villa was even better than it looked on the website. Clean, spacious and everything provided. No extra charges! The garden and pool area were attractive and secluded. Everybody loved the pool. There were restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within a short walk. There were lots of others within walking distance. The beach is about five minutes walk away, although we tended to stay relaxing by the pool! We did visit Fuegirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus. The buses were good and there is a taxi rank nearby. No transport problems. We had a great holiday and will definately go back again. Response: All our guests say they love the pool and garden and the privacy. We are pleased when guests leave us having enjoyed their stay. We do our best to ensure this. We provide a welcome pack so that our guests can have a drink and something to eat when they arrive after their journey.

Perfectly located for a quiet relaxing break with 1/2 doz decent restaurants/bars in walking distance +... more Response: We are very happy when our guests enjoy their stay at our villa.
