This quiet and peaceful area overlooks the Vale de Miraflores and the urbanisation of Torrenueva with its local Award Winning beach, having many bars, restaurants and a local supermarket all within 7 minutes walking distance of the apartment.
The is a Bus Stop (5-6 mins walk) to easily travel in the direction of Fuengirola/Benalmadena or Marbella/Puerto Banus.
Drive time only 10 mins Marbella and 15 mins Puerto Banus.

All rooms are provided with air conditioning units that can be used for heating in the winter months. The lounge is provided with comfortable leather sofas. The plasma screen television is provided with a DVD player and to enable guests to view their favourite television programmes. We have BBC and ITV channels.
The Master Bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The second Bedroom has a bedside cabinet with draws and a clothes hanging area with space for shoes and luggage.
There is also an Ikea clothes storage box under the bed for extra storage if needed.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

The Angel de Miraflores complex comprises of 7 blocks of four storey Andalucian style apartments on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean.
The complex has high security and entrance to the site can only be gained through remote controlled gates which are operated by a key fob which will be provided on arrival.
The blocks are built around a central open air communal swimming pool and children's paddling pool.
Pools are open in the peak season when a trained lifeguard will be in attendance.
All blocks are provided with lifts for easy access. An underground parking space is provided between blocks 3 and 4.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival.
£150 refundable damage deposit required. This will be refunded up to 14 days after departure. This would not include such items as a broken cup or plate, as accidents do happen. However it would be appreciated if you could replace with similar before departure.
If the booking is cancelled, then the following charges apply:
8 weeks before - deposit plus 20%
4 weeks before - deposit plus 40%
2 weeks before - deposit plus 60%
Less than 2 weeks - full rental price.
The Andalucia region
Miraflores is situated between Mijas Costa and Calahonda on the Costa del Sol and lies back from the A7 Coastal Motorway. A frequent bus service operates to Fuengirola to the East and Marbella and Puerto Banus to the west.
La Cala Mijas is within easy walking distance which is the local shopping area having banks and open air markets.
The Miraflores complex offers a host of sporting activities, as well as the 18 hole golf course. Facilities are also available for tennis, swimming, bowling, which can be booked at the Miraflores Club.
The area is ideal for the beach and most activities such as fishing and horse riding are also available nearby.

"Holiday From Hell!!"
First reason for us booking this apartment was because of it's location on the map which is clearly there for you all to see. If you click on the map it's located as beachside but it isn… More
1. The location on the map simply indicates the exit from the Coastal Motorway.
The website clearly indicates that the Apartment lies back from the A7 Motorway and there is no mention that it is beachside.
2. We as Owners occupied the Apartment up until the Morning of the 12 June , we thoroughly cleaned and polished the Apartment before leaving, knowing Mr. Calverts' Booking was scheduled from the 21 June only 9 days after our departure. The only washing up left in the kitchen may have been a couple of cup/cereal bowls only from our early breakfast.
3. This was a brand new fridge/freezer purchased during our 4 week occupation.
On our vacation of the Apartment the power was switched off and the doors on the fridge/freezer left open to permit airing. All food and drinks were removed before.
4. The Air Con was fully functional and could be operated manually. The reason we don't leave the remote controller in the Apartment is because the units are sensitive and turning one on sets all three units on together.
5. With regards to the T.V. the Apartment has a Sky digit Box which receives all the main English Channels. + all the free View channels.
6. Regards to the hill, the whole coastline along this area is of a mountinous nature and hill inclines cannot be avoided, Mr. C. should have been aware of this before Booking. The incline up to our Apartment from the Restaurants and Supermarket is only a couple of hundred yards and there is always a taxi at the bottom of the hill costing 5 euros for people with walking difficulties.
There is a Garage of course for people hiring cars.
7. No-one has to use the short-cut across the causeway as the Main Gates lead straight down to the Beach. Since Mr. C. visit work has been done to widen and level the footpath to make it more accessible.
8. As with all lettings we require a damage deposit to cover any damages. This is returned after our Agent Vicky has inspected the Apartment.
On this occasion the toilet seat had been broken by the Clients. It was not broken when we vacated the Apartment but the retaining wing screws may have needed tightening. We had the seat immediately replaced at a cost of £30.
If Mr. C. required a second set of Keys he should have made the request before his arrival. As it was, our Agent had to get another set cut and deliver them to him which we were obviously billed for at a cost of £20.
In the circumstances we felt quite entitled to deduct £50 from the damage deposit.
However Mr. C. caused such harassment and threats that we reluctantly returned the whole of his deposit.
We find it very strange that Mr. C. has waited five months to issue this negative review just before Christmas which we feel is totally out of spite.

"A relaxing holiday"
We have had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday at the comfortable and well furnished apartment. The beach is just a 5-10 min walk (according to age) where you will find a good selection of bars and eating places. Back at the apartment the swimming pool was very inviting with a life guard there at all times. We had a very enjoyable day at Mijas, very pretty village with breathtaking views catch the bus at the bottom of hill, very reasonable fares. We would recommend this apartment to family and friends.

"Perfect in every way"
We stayed in this lovely apartment for one week in August 2012, we could not fault it in any way.
We toyed with the idea of renting a car, but decided against it, we made the right decision. Everything from the beach to the supermarket to the little cafes and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk.
The swimming pool was larger than we expected, much to our daughters delight.
A lovely clean, nicely furnished apartment.
I would thoroughly reccommend this apartment to anyone, by far one of the best locations in Mirafllores.
Also a big thank you to Vicky for organising our airport pick up and collection, which rounded off a perfect holiday.

The apartment is sited on a very large golfing complex. There is easy access to all the restaurants by using a side gate, then it's a short walk down a hill (harder to get up though!) The supermarket is there too plus access to a lovely beach with more bars etc. It is walking distance to la Cala - a lovely resort. We had a car but local transport is very cheap. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, it's clean and beautifully decorated.
