About the home

This is a self contained poolside Studio apartment that sleeps 4 with a double bed and a sofa bed, shower room and kitchen area with breakfast bar, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator with equipment for 4 people. This accommodation is not suitable for children under 5 or non swimming children as it is situated very close to the poolside

This beutiful studio has been furnished to the highest sandard inside and out for the comfort of its guests.

There is an outside dining area covered by a wooden gazebo with a built in B-B-Q. Pool side there are four sun loungers.

Travel cots, High chairs, available for hire 10 euros per week
Airport pick ups available on request approx 40 euros each way.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on the terrace
Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required on arrival, to be refunded on day of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% Deposit required on booking with remainder paid 6 weeks prior to holiday starting date.
50% of deposit non refundable if booking is cancelled.
All deposit non refundable if cancelled within three months of comencment of holiday
50% of total cost of holiday non refundable if cancelled within 10 days of commencment of holiday.

The Costa del Sol region
