It is within easy reach to supermarkets, local market for bargain hunters and there are excellent restaurants also within easy reach. Not to mention 36 top golf courses in the area and a superb shopping complex 15 minutes drive away at La Canada. The apartment is very tastefully furnished in a contemporary, comfortable and luxurious style, comprising of 2 double bedrooms, with twin beds in each, 1 en suite and 1 family shower room. The lounge/diner is a large 36 sq m with double patio doors leading onto a 60 sq m sun terrace. Underground secured parking. 2 full sized pools and children's pool. Ideal for golfers, couples and families.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is renowned for its all year round sunshine.
With 36 top golf courses on the Costa del Sol. For the families and children there is the Aqua Park, Mijas Costa and the Zoo at Fuengirola. In Benalmadena Tivoli World them park, Selwo Dolphin Park and Sea World Centre, not to mention the stunning Marina.
15 minutes West and you are in Marbella where the ladies can shop in the designer boutiques. There's also the quaint old town (Casco Antiguo) with the quintessentially Spanish Orange Square (Plaza de Naranjos). Five minutes further West is the world famous Puerto Banus, where you can admire the yachts, super cars and spot celebrities while enjoying a glass of wine in one of the many quayside bars and restaurants.
For those who wish to see the old Spain almost head inland to Mijas Pueblo or Ronda with their old white washed houses, narrow streets and cobbled roads.
Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area
On a Wednesday and Saturday you will find the extensive local market of La Cala. Many recommended Fine Dining Restaurants including: Mijas Playa, La Cala Valpariso, Mijas Oceana Hotel, La Cala
It is easy to take day trips to Morocco and Gibraltar, and the fascinating town of Ronda is a drive away through the mountains. Granada and the Alhambra can be reached for a day trip and Malaga offers lots of scope for shoppers! There are several local markets, and other attractions include the cable car in Benalmadena,superb beaches all along the coast, tiny whitewashed villages in the surrounding countryside, including the beautiful village of Mijas itself.
How to get there
The Miraflores resort is located on the shores of the Mediterranean, in the province of Malaga, midway between the towns of Fuengirola and Marbella. For cheap flights we recommend the websites for Easyjet, Jet2 and Monarch Airlines. British Airways also provide a direct service to Malaga. Approximately 20/25 mins. (40 kms) drive from Malaga airport. From the apartment to Fuengirola, aproximately 10 mins. drive and 15 mins. to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Car Hire is available from many companies including Crown, Suncars, Hertz, Holiday Autos and Avis. We usually use Auto Europe who we have found to be most competitive. Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
