The rental cost is inclusive of Wi-Fi, utilities, air conditioning facility, bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and crockery.
Apartment clean is included in the rental rate (on arrival and departure).
In addition to the rental cost, a refundable deposit of £150 is also required. This is in case of any accidental damage. The security deposit will be repaid within 3 days following receipt of keys and satisfactory information that the apartment has incurred no damage.
No smoking permitted in the apartment. Guests can smoke on the terrace area outwith the glass doors on the terrace.
Out of consideration for other residents the playing of loud music is not permitted
Pool towels are not supplied.
Sun beds are provided at the pools

The Costa del Sol has over 320 days of sunshine a year, beautiful beaches and many golf courses. It has picturesque and typically Andalucian "White Villages" to visit as well as many places of culture and history.
Travel inland to places such as Mijas, Ronda or sip a cocktail in one of the trendy bars in Marbella, watching the world go by.
The Costa del Sol has something to offer for all the family, history, golf, shopping malls, sports, water parks and a zoo.
La Cala de Mijas is situated between Fuengirola and Marbella and is the central point of Mijas Costa, still maintaining something of its Andalucian village by the sea atmosphere. It has a long, well cared for blue flag beach with soft golden sand.
With a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops La Cala has something that caters to all tastes and budgets. There is a street market from 9.00am -- 2.30pm every Saturday and Wednesday selling local products such as fruit, veg, clothes, plants, flowers etc.
Within easy reach of La Cala are the resorts of Fuengirola(10 mins), Benalmadena(15 mins) and Marbella and Puerto Banus(20 mins). There is a regular local bus service to these resorts.
If you fancy a day away from the beach there is plenty to see and do in nearby resorts. Myramar shopping mall and cinema complex is in Fuengirola, and La Canada shopping mall in Marbella.
