The Apartment is situated in a gated complex, and has it's own tiled patio, complete with loungers and dining table for that al fresco dining experience. Or you can utilise the two pool complex on site.
Ideal for younger children as it is ground floor and fully enclosed.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and has marble flooring throughout. The lounge diner has satellite freeview TV, with DVD player etc. The main bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and a safe. The second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep one adult or two small children.
All doors and windows have built in security bars as Standard. The site is a gated compound. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and is fully tiled. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron, ironing board plus a full range of essential utensils.

The complex has a small children's pool, and a large communal swimming pool which in peak hours has an attendant.
There are pleasant beaches within a 10 minutes stroll which have sunbeds and parasols for hire and a choice of beach bars.
Within walking distance of the apartment there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.
Golfers have many golf courses to choose from, including the Miraflores course within a 5 minute drive.

The apartment is of a very high standard and is not a basic holiday flat. We want mature couples/persons and families with well behaved children to enjoy the apartment and the Spanish experience.
If you are here for a two week holiday, we will arrange a mid stay linen/towel change at no extra cost to you.
For parties arriving in the early hours, a welcome pack can be provided on request, for an additional charge of GBP 20. An English speaking Manager will meet you at the Apartment on arrival and departure, who can answer any questions.
Conditions
Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion.
Pets not allowed
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
100% due if the booking is within this 8 week period.
GBP 100.00 security/damages deposit required, which will be reurned with 14 Days subject to a management inspection. This must be included with the final balance payment.
Changeover day is normally Saturday, arrival time is from 3 pm, departure time 11 am, but we try to be flexible, so please ask.

Costa del Sol, or the sunshine coast as it sometimes is known, can boast of over 320 days of sunshine, per year, and is situated in the south of Spain in the autonomous community of Andalusia.
The region attracts golfers from all over the world, and is affectionately known as Costa del Golf.
You can enjoy sunny beaches, nature parks and landscapes of incredible beauty; or you can explore and discover historic Malage and Granada; and sample traditional local tapas in town or in the local villages in the region.
The Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
Miraflores is a well established and well maintained area, and the apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach at Torrenueva where sunbeds and parasols are available for hire, with a good choice of beach restaurants and bars.
There is a choice of supermarkets, restaurants and Bars all within walking distance of the apartment.
Places to visit, all within a few minutes drive, include, the small towns of Mijas, La Cala, Calahonda, or the larger Fuengirola and Malaga.
Activities include aqua parks, Tivoliworld theme park, Go karting, Quad biking, Tennis, Horse riding, Sailing, Fishing, and many more.
It is an easy drive to Gibraltar, and day bus trips are also available, where you can shop tax free, and visit many historic sites.
Restaurants abound catering for all tastes, as do clubs and bars if you want to leave the relative calm of your apartment at Angel de Miraflores
