The apartment comprises two large double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a good sized fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc as well as two large terraces.

The lounge is equipped for your entertainment with Satellite TV receiving UK and Spanish TV, CD player, hot and cold air conditioning and heating and leads out onto your own private terrace which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. The terrace area gets the sun all afternoon.

A safe secure and private communal pool. Sun beds are provided for you. The pool overlooks a dry river bed and is gated for complete security. A newly installed toilet and shower block ensures your day at the pool is enjoyed by the whole family. The pool is only used by the complex, and never gets crowded.

Visiting the Costa del Sol means: Enjoying a relaxing holiday, tasting delicious food and experiencing the warmth o people. Discover the Costa del Sol´s rich heritage and wonderful beaches and stunning white villages.

The Costa del Sol includes the city of Málaga and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Manilva, Casares, Rincon de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox.

The area is particularly famous for towns like Marbella and Puerto Banus, which provides the Costa del Sol with its reputation for being a playground for its super-rich and famous visitors.

The Costa del Sol is a popular tourist region that welcomes millions of people annually, who mostly arrive at International Malaga airport and head to one of the many resorts located along this stretch of coastline from Manilva in the west to Nerja in the east.

Going eastwards from Málaga City, you will come to Rincón de la Victoria (12 kilometres),; Vélez-Málaga and its coastal district, Torre del Mar (35 kilometres),; Torrox (46 kilometres), and Nerja (50 kilometres), the most popular municipality in the region, mainly because of its famous caves and Ayo´s famous Paella on Burriana Beach!

The Western Costa del Sol is the more cosmopolitan. Its municipalities are Torremolinos (15 kilometres from Málaga City), Fuengirola (27 kilometres), Mijas (31 kilometres), Marbella (58 kilometres), Estepona (85 kilometres), and Manilva (97 kilometres).

All these towns, from Nerja to Manilva, are connected by the Mediterranean highway and the AP-7 tollway from Fuengirola to Cádiz.

Fuengirola is central for numerous activities and is 15 mins away from Calahonda. It has 5 miles of sandy beaches, an open air Zoo and Aqua park. Sohail Castle is situated at the West end of the promenade and has a park which hosts many festivals throughout the year. Fuengirola has a multitude of nightlife activities, varied restaurants and late-night/early morning bars for the young at heart.

Benalmadena is only about 25 mins away from Calahonda and is easily accessible by car, taxi or bus. Benalmadena Costa has a 9km stretch of beach and a 2km promenade which culminates in its fabulous marina which has been voted the best in the world. The area is a constant hive of activity both day and night housing many cosmopolitan shops and restaurants with many day and evening boat trips going out from the harbour on an hourly or daily basis to fish or just to dolphin watch and sunbathe. Slowly sail around the marina in an old Chinese Junk or take a 30 minute thrilling speed boat ride down the coast..There is also a diving and Sea Life Centre within the harbour complex.

Set back from Benalmadena in the hills you have Benalmadena Pueblo, a traditional Spanish village with authentic shops and tapas restaurants. Nearer the coast there is "Tivoli World" one of the best theme, entertainment parks on the coast which also has a huge cable car which you can travel in up to the mountains and enjoy one of the most amazing, magnificent views.

Calahonda is a 5 minutes drive away on the road to Marbella.There are three commercial centres here which house most of the development's 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs as well as seven banks, and several supermarkets.

The playgrounds of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also a short journey away, Marbella is 10-15 mins away and has something for everyone. It's sea front water sports centres offer jet ski-ing, sailing, cable ski-ing and balloon flights. Stroll along the golden mile and dine at some of the most sumptuous restaurants that the Mediterranean has to offer. Marbella is much more cosmopolitan than most towns on the Costa del Sol and is a place to, " people watch" for the many celebs that frequent the area; it is often compared to the likes of Monaco and Portofino.

The Glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus is between 15-20 mins away, it houses the yachts and speedboats of the rich and famous. Expensive designer shops are here along with a Casino, a Commercial Shopping Centre, a Corte Ingles department store, a Marine Observatory and a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack.

Gibraltar is also approximately a 50 minute drive away; a must see visit like stepping out of Spain back into England within 5 minutes! Here you have a multitude of English High Street stores and wines, spirits, perfumes and cigarettes are duty free. When you visit Gibraltar, you will find that the people are friendly, helpful and always polite. They are very proud and if you visit on September 10th (National Day), wear red and white to help celebrate and to fit in!

The locals speak Yanito - a combination of English and Spanish with a few unique words thrown in. The majority of people will also speak fluent English or Spanish.

Mijas Costa

Riviera del Sol is the best positioned town on the Costa Del Sol.

Between Fuengirola and Marbella it has more than enough to keep everyone happy. With the beautiful towns of La Cala De Mijas and Cabopino port just a mile either way, you could not be any more central.

Riviera del Sol has some of the best bars and restaurants. Riviera del Sol has many lively bars and a choice of cuisines...Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Swiss...something for everyone!

"piso espantoso y sucio"

Fuimos a pasar unos dias de relax en familia y al final nos fuimos antes de tiempo y con la sensación de que nos habian engañado. Cuando llegamos y nos enseñaron el apartamento nos quedamos espan… More

Simplemente aclarar un par de puntos. A la entrega de llaves no hubo queja ninguna, de echo fue mas tarde y se dio solución al problema de inmediato (La solución una limpieza de la cocina y el salón/comedor) ya que no hubo queja alguna de nada más. En ningún momento tras este incidente hubo ninguna otra queja por vuestras parte, la decisión de iros un día antes fue completamente vuestra. En cuando a la devolución de parte del alquiler solo puedo decir que a fecha de hoy sigo esperando a que me enviéis los datos bancarios por email como os pedí por teléfono cando me informasteis que os ibais un día antes, al no tenerlos no he podido hacer un reembolso.

En cuanto a la planta de Maria, solo puedo decir que en dos años que yo personalmente ocupe el apartamento nunca la he visto pero esto puede ser por que no tengo tendencia a mirar por encima de un muro que mide 2 metros de alto. No puedo evitar las cosas que hacen los vecinos pero no creo que tenga importancia cuando no afecta para nada al alquiler de la vivienda. Me temo que cada uno puede hacer lo que quiera en su casa.
