Situated just 3kms from the lovely quiet beaches of La Cala this apartment is ideal for families and golfers. If you want beautiful surroundings and a safe secure environment for the family look no further. The apartment has been furnished with a modern feel and is fully air conditioned and heated when required. A well equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances and granite worktops. The apartment is located in a prime position on the complex overlooking the main pool with stunning gardens and a superb view of the sea from the balcony. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
You will be within easy reach of over 12 golf courses and so is an ideal base for golfers. La Cala Golf Resort is only a short drive away (around 8 mins) and is the biggest golf complex in Spain featuring 3 Championship Courses 5 Star Hotel and Golf Academy. Also close are La Noria, Miraflores, Calanova, Cabopino, Santa Maria, Santana, Mijas, Torrequebrada, Alhaurin and Lauro. Almost 60 courses within 2 hours drive on top of these local courses.
The complex is relatively new and overlooks Calanova Golf Course with great mountain and sea views. Security is at a premium commencing with 24 hr gated security and cameras. Your drive into the automatic garage and parking spot leads to a lift which will take you directly to your floor.

With over fifty superb courses concentrated in a relatively small area, 'The Costa del Golf' offers something for everyone. Choose from a range of courses, such as Valderrama, one of Europe's leading golf courses, through to a choice of courses to suit the higher handicapper.
The phrase 'The Costa del Golf' was penned in the late 1980's when it first became popular as a winter golf resort. 1985 to 1991 saw 17 new golf courses being built on the Costa del Sol, swelling the number of courses to 50.
The relatively mild weather and the concentration of so many golf courses has made the Costa del Sol the popular winter golfing destination that it is today. It has also helped to set the standard at all levels of golf.
Most golf courses on your golf trip to Spain will be within twenty to thirty minutes away from your accommodation and all have excellent facilities and restaurants.
The Mijas Costa / Calanova Grand Golf area
The small town of La Cala de Mijas is situated just 3kms from the apartment and really is a little unspoilt gem. Beautiful sandy beach with beach bars. At the rear of the beach all facilities are located including supermarket and all shops and bars/restaurants.
La Cala de Mijas is really a quiet fun little town which is ideal for families and golfers alike. If you require a bit more of a vibrant time then Fuengirola is around 7kms away and offers something for everyone, from Aquaparks to Nightclubs.
