About the home

Beautiful new luxury on a quiet gated urbanisation, overlooking golf course. 3 kilometers from Fuengirola with its many beaches, bars and restaurant.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own private garden and terrace overlooking the golf course. Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment boasts marble flooring throughtout and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge/diner is spacious and tastefully furnished and leads out into the private garden. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having an en suite with underfloor heating. The bathroom also has underfloor heating. There is a large shared pool with a lounging area to relax in. All set within attractive gardens.

The complex overlooks the Mijas Hills where you will find quaint villages and plenty of walks. Nearby is a racecourse, Water Park, Zoo, Cinema, Shopping Mall and much more.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del sol is famous for its sunshine , over 300 days per year. It is also famous for its many reasonable priced golfing facilities. If golf isnt your thing there are many picturesque mountain villages such as Mijas, Casares and Gaucin dotted around the local mountain landscape. There are also fascinating day trips to the historic town of Rhonda; Malaga with its historic castle and Picasso museum; Grenada's moorish Alhambra Palace.

The Mijas Costa / Cerrado Del Aguila area

Cerrado del Aguila Is a gated urbanisation set within acres of the Mijas Hills. It is situated only 3 km from Fuengirola with its many shops beaches, bars and restaurants. Only 2 km to the shopping mall and multi screen cinema.

There is a racecourse nearby and clean beaches are only 2km away.
