Panoramic Villas have a beautiful, private Villa and Lodge, ideal for family holidays, fully equipped inside and out (new state of the art kitchen), ideal location for lazy days yet only 15 minutes drive or taxi ride in Fuengirola with all its hustle and bustle. Something for everyone! This luxury villa is perfectly situated in a prestigious residential urbanization yet within walking distance of all amenities.

Casa Paseros & Lodge comprises of 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms of which 5 are en-suite bathrooms, air-con/heating throughout (optional), electric gates, sweeping drive, secluded gardens, NEW state-of-the-art double size/double power Florida pool heater (optional), NEW super king size four poster bed and satellite reception on a giant 50" Plasma TV. Newly fitted kitchen comes with all utensils and cutlery.

Large master bedroom with beautiful NEW super King size four poster bed, en-suite bathroom and separate sitting room with French doors opening up onto the upper balcony. The sitting room also has an additional double sofa bed, so could be used as a children's room making an excellent private family suite.

Bedroom 2:
Has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and French doors leading onto the upper balcony.

Bedroom 3:
Double bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and French doors leading directly onto the lower balcony.

Bedroom 4:
Double bed with en-suite.

Bedroom 5:
1 single + bunk beds.

Bedroom 6:
Lower floor with double bed.

Bedroom 7 & 8:
Lower floor, both with twin beds.

Bedroom 9 (Lodge):
The lodge has a kitchen with modern appliances, double bedroom and en-suite.

En-suite bathrooms:
Bathrooms 1, 2 and 3 are en-suite with bath, shower, WC, double washbasin, bidet.
Bathroom 4, en-suite shower, WC, washbasin.

The lower level has access to the separate lodge and the private gardens are taken up by fruit trees such as orange, peach, pomegranate, banana and loquat.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del Sol´s sunny climate with over 300 days of the year with sunshine has made this beautiful coastline the premier tourist destination in Spain.

The varied coastline has diverse offerings; many long sandy beaches, coves half hidden amongst cliffs, marinas and fishing grounds. It is protected from cold north winds by the mountains and has a mild climate with sea breezes and scant rainfall. The vegetation is subtropical in character while oranges, lemons and olives grow in abundance. Away from the coast the scenery is largely mountainous and dotted with pretty, white Spanish villages, valleys and hillsides planted with orchards and spectacular views.

Loved by families with numerous beaches with gentle slops into the sea, and of course famous for the Golf scene, being often referred to as Costa del Golf.

The villa is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The communal living spaces and outdoor areas are excellent. The highlight of our trip was time spent at the property and actually made our holiday much cheaper as we didn't want to eat out etc. Agnes was very helpful during our stay and kept in regular contact to ensure our stay was a nice one. Couldn't recommend it more.

Hi Julia,

Just a quick note to say thank you for the returned deposit, Agnes left it with one of the guys as I had already left for the airport before she arrived.

The Villa was all we expected and more, beautiful views, lovely pool and a TV very much fit for viewing the World Cup!! We all had a great week and made good use of the bbq on those long summer nights.

I'd be grateful if you would pass on our appreciations to Agnes, she was always on hand should we need anything. I'd like to think that we'll return in the future or maybe try one of your other villas one day.
