Please enquire about our discount offer. This brand new apartment situated on the popular Calanova Golf resort, has been exquisitely furnished to a very high standard.

Inside Calanova, you will find a spacious, well designed and comfortably furnished two bedroom apartment. The kitchen has been equipped with everything you would need in your home away from home, be it to prepare a four course dinner, or simply to provide you with a snack to either take to the beach or the pool. The dining area comprises a large dining table which comfortably sits four, or perhaps you would prefer to dine al fresco, with stunning views over the golf course to the Mediterranean beyond.

The outside terrace is very romantic and private and overlooks the pool area, and is an ideal place to sit and relax over a long cool drink on those hot balmy nights.

Calanova Golf club with its excellent eighteen hole course is a short walk away.
You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Calanova. It is only a short drive to bustling Fuengirola or the popular beach at La Cala De Mijas, and is only a twenty-five minute drive from Malaga airport.

Marbella and Puerto Banus with fabulous shopping and night life is only a twenty-five minute drive in the opposite direction. . There are a variety of activities available in the area details are available in the information pack provided.

This modern apartment has a very well equipped kitchen and boasts remote control lighting, ceiling fans, air conditioning/heating. A 32" LCD TV. DVD player, Sky decoder and WiFi. The lounge has two sumptuous leather sofas, ideal for those nights when watching a DVD (remember to bring your favourites!). Access to the large sunny terrace with dining for 4 complimented by two sunloungers.

The master bedroom houses a double bed, and has plenty of wardrobe and storage space and also enjoys use of an en suite bathroom, with bath/shower, bidet, WC and vanity basin. There is a large window with access to the terrace.

The second bedroom has twin beds and has the use of a second bathroom.

The Mijas Costa / La Cala de Mijas area

At the heart of the Costa del Sol only a short distance from your apartment lies the unspoilt village of La Cala.
Dining, shopping and sandy beaches await you. Somehow this corner of the coast has escaped the over development associated with mass tourism. You will fall in love with La Cala de Mijas.
There is a very popular street market ('el barratillo') every Wendesday and Saturday from around 09:00 - 14:30. The market stalls offer everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to local crafts, clothes, ceramics and pottery, flowers and plants and lots more.

La Cala celebrates its own festivals, such as the annual fair which begins on the 25th July, when the village is all decked out for a week of festivities, when you can sample the traditional sherry, wines and tapas and listen to local music and enjoy the dancing.

Saturday nights in the hot summer months of July and August are magical in La Cala. The promenade becomes a festival of classical music and Flamenco dancing. With the outline of the old 16th Century watchtower of Torre Vieja as a backdrop and moon reflecting down on the expanse of sea, the village celebrates a season of Noches de Luna y Playa (Nights of Moon and Beach).

You cannot fail to enjoy your stay at Calanova, and if you want to throw a game of golf into your holiday then this is an ideal venue for you to visit. Golf can be arranged in advance of your visit if you prefer.

Fly to Malaga - Calanova is just 30 km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk from several UK airports to Malaga airport. (AGP)

If you wish to drive yourself from the airport http://routeplanner.rac.co.uk provides directions from the airport to La Cala de Mijas.
Drive on the N340 from Malaga Airport heading towards Marbella - La Cala is about a 5min drive past Fuengirola. From there follow the signs to Calanova Golf .
An airport pick-up service can be recommended on request.

Car hire available from www.goldcar.es

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.

There are always local taxis available from La Cala to Calanova Golf Club

A car is recommended for your stay at Calanova, but there are taxis available from the nearby Clubhouse for those nights when even the driver deserves to sample the local wines and beers!!

“Our quest to find a real summer” Calanova Seagolf proved to be a real home from home. The stunning views and peaceful surroundings were an added bonus, making us feel relaxed and set apart from the local town; yet a five minute drive away from the traditional Spanish village of La Cala when needed. The apartment itself was modern, well looked after and very clean, The swimming pool wasn't very busy which added to the relaxed holiday we were after. The location was perfect for us, as La Cala is very central to Spanish villages like Mijas and busy beach resorts like Marbella and Fuengirola. We enjoyed the variety it offered, yet a hire car is recommended. (Yellow Car in La Cala were very helpful). All in all we found our summer and we had a great time. 5*

“Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with the family” A lovely apartment, surrounded by beautiful golf courses, the views from the balcony looking out to sea were fantastic. The apartment was very well presented, clean and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable break with two young children. The agents were also very helpful and easy to contact if any question needed to be answered. We would definitely recommend the apartment .

“Great Location & Facilities” We stayed at Calanova in July 2012, was met and taken to the wonderful apartment and we were shown everything we needed for our stay, my Godson came with us and he loved his travel cot that you provided as asked, the apartment has great facilities and everything you need, we loved the balcony such a sun catcher and great views and so many swimming pools to choose from. You do need a car but we always hire one anyway. Thank you Andy and your great management team. Caroline, Jackie & Harley

“Excellent accomodation, lovely location, great facilities” We stayed at Calanova during September 2011 with our little boy (3yrs) and baby girl (6 months). We were met locally by the very friendly apartment management team and shown to our apartment, and given all the information needed for during our stay. A car is most certainly required as it is located up into the mountains, but still easily accessible for the local supermarket and beach. The views were breathtaking and the pool was lovely and clean. The facilities in the apartment were second to none and the finish and decor was to a very high standard. We visited many of the surrounding areas local attractions: Zoo, Water Park, Dolphin Park, Butterfly Park; which were a hit with the children. We will most definitely stay again and recommend to all. Thanks to the management team and Andy, the apartment's owner!

“BEAUTIFUL condo!!!!!” Owner very good at communicating on-line. He had a lovely, helpful couple to show us the ropes, how everything worked...good restaurants, etc. The condo is GORGEOUS! American kitchen with granite countertops, really nice furnishings and a super balcony, with an amazing view!!! We LOVED everything!! GREAT golf course 2 mins from condo! Nice having a washing machine :) Pool is large, clean! Indoor garage. Everything was immaculate. Would stay again, if we were so lucky to come back.

“Tranquill location yet easily accessible to everything you need.” This appartment is lovely with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. The views over the golf course to the sea are awesome and you don't get tired of looking at them! The agent Monica and her husband are always on the end of a phone if you need anything. You definitely need to hire a car but we do that anyway so not a problem! We didn't really have any issues whilst we were there except for the lack of sunbeds around the pool which wasn't busy but 4 useable sunbeds weren't enough but the owner has rectified this by buying two of his own for sole use of the appartment. Overall a lovely appartment for a peaceful break!
