Only a few kilometres from the bustling and vibrant tourist resort of Fuengirola and fishing village of La Cala.
The penthouse apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small block, with lift and stair access and own private entrance. Climate control throughout, giving cool air in the summer and warm in the winter. The living room is designed in a large ‘L’ shape. The lounge area consists of large, suede effect sofas, small dining table and chairs and a coffee table. While the dining area has a table to seat 6 people, sideboard and dresser. There are 3 large, sliding patio doors lead to large, fully equipped, penthouse balcony which has stunning views across Mijas Golf and the Mijas Mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. The balcony is separated into 2 areas, one to relax with a good book and glass of wine on the wicker furniture and the other for dining with a large patio table to seat 6, perfect for dining ‘al fresco’ and take in the beautiful scenery.
The 2 bedrooms are off a small hallway. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large ‘en-suite’, sliding patio doors lead to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom is twin bedded and has use of the other bathroom. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space.
A fully equipped kitchen, allows you to create the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, over, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
There are 3 free form swimming pools, all with their own infant pools, set in beautiful, landscaped, tropical gardens. The pools are large enough for the competent swimmer, with both shallow and deep ends, and there are also infant pools, for the younger ones. Sun loungers are supplied around the pools. One of the pools is heated in the winter months.
The entire complex has 24 hour security for your complete peace of mind.

* If due to circumstances beyond our control the accommodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of residence we will do everything within our power to offer the client alternative accommodation to the same or of a similar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.
* All clients must have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance, which can be arranged, if the client elects to arrange his/her own cover we request the name of the insurer and the policy no.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
* No Pets

4 weeks deposit plus 40%

Around & About
Malaga Airport is only 25 minutes drive away.
There is plenty to see and do around Mijas Costa. The various safe and clean beaches are within a short drive, with all the water sports you would expect from a Mediterranean resort. Less than a 15 minute drive takes you to the bustling and vibrant town of Fuengirola, where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit everyone.
Golf courses are in abundance, with Miraflores, La Cala and Alhaurin only 15 mins away by car.
An Aquapark is just down the road.Fuengirola Zoo is new, at dusk they change the animals from daytime to nocturnal.
Selwo Wild Life Park is about 50 minutes
Tivoli World, is a small theme park in Benalmedena, where you will also find the Crocodile Park, Seaworld and Selwo Dolphin Park
The Mijas Costa / La Cala Hills area
The Immediate Area
La Cala Hills is situated near to both La Cala & Fuengirola. La Cala Hills is a new development with shops, restaurants & bars opening every day. A short drive away takes you Mijas or Santana Golf Clubs, for lunch, a drink or a game of golf! A few hundred yards away is a large park area where barbecues are provided free of charge, you can take your own food and cook it 'al fresco' making use of the bar facilities on site as well. Near by is the Tamisa Golf Hotel, where you can relax in the poolside bar, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant or on the terrace.
The location is quiet and relaxing but near enough to the hustle and bustle of Fuengirola, where you can find entertainment, bars, restaurants to suite all tastes.
A car is suggested to get to all the local attractions, although there are bars, restaurants & a shop nearby

DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT TO TAMISA HOTEL
Please set your mileage clock to zero
As you come out of the Airport take the signs to ' E15 - N340 Malaga/Cadiz'
Over roundabout and stay in right hand lane, passing the San Miguel Brewery, and take E15/A7/N340 Torremolinos/Cadiz.
Approximately 2.2km stay in right hand lane and take road signed 'E15 – A7 to Benalmadena & Algeciras.(you pass exit for Coin Churrina & Parador de Golf)
Travel approximately 20km and just after footbridge which crosses road take exit marked A7 Fuengirola/Mijas . (The following are exit roads you will pass before getting to this exit:- 1. Torremolinos, Palacio de Congresos ((& past Repsol motorway service station)). 2. Exit 222 Benalmedena Arroya de Miel, ((at this point the signpost changes to Algeciras/Fuengirola)) 3. Exit 217 Benalmedena - Mijas.)
Just after the neon direction sign, get into right hand lane and take A7 Costa (exit 214) (NOT E15/AP7 toll Road marked Marbella/ Algerciras) to Fuengirola/Algerciras. On this road, take the left hand fork (do not take the right hand road signposted Mijas/Fuengirola) carry on the A7 towards Fuengirola-Algeciras.
(Past following exits:- 1 Mijas/Fuengirola. 2. Fuengirola/Los Boliches. 3. Fuengirola/Mijas. 4 Fuengirola). You will see the large department store El Corte Inglese/Hipercor on your right hand side, take the next exit which is the 5th exit marked Fuengirola/Coin, at roundabout take right exit to Coin.
Travel down this winding road for about 3,5km until you get to the Hotel Tamisa Golf (you will pass a BP garage on left, a set of traffic lights, Repsol garage on right, straight over the new large roundabout with the fountains, two restaurants on either side of the road called Hoyo 19 & Moreno and the golf course entrance). Approximately 500 yards on the right hand side is the Hotel Tamisa Golf. Someone will be waiting in reception for you.

Hi just returned from our 2 week holiday in La Cala Hills. What a treat!! The apartment was a little hard to find at first, but with the very helpful Roger and our Sat Nav we were ok. The apartment was perfect very spacious and the view was amazing. As mentioned there are 3 pools on the complex but we only ever used the one over looking our balcony. It was very peaceful and there was only ever 1 or 2 other familes around the pool at the same time. You would defianaltey need a car as you are not really near any shops( closest prob 10min walk not that we ever did because it was 2 hot) There are a few resterants and a small supermarket but on comparison we found it was quite expensive. We found the cheaper supermakets further away either in Fuengirola or La Cala. We would have found it useful if there had been a folder in the apartment with information about the area & places to visit, reccomended restaurants,how to use the washing machine,oven etc.. The separate kitcken was a good size and although there was plenty of plates and cutlery it lacked any oven proof dishes ,we got round this by buying disposable ones from the supermarket but a large pirex dish would have been handy. All in all the apartment was a perfect base for our holiday and would definantly recommend it to our family & friends,and cant wait 2 go back ourselves!! Dawn"
