Home description
The Master Bedroom is very spacious with its own flat screen TV and has an en suite bathroom and its own terrace with views of the sea. and surrounding area.
The second Bedroom is also a double room with its own terrace with sea views and the surrounding area
The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for children and/or adults. With views of the sea. There is a second shower room shared with the second bedroom.
The villa has a large fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen with hob,oven,washing machine,dishwasher and American style fridge freezer. With access door to the pool area and garden.
A separate dining area with access to the terrace overlooking the pool.
A beautifully furnished lounge with satellite TV DVD and Hi Fi System. With access to the terrace for outdoor dining overlooking the pool area.
By the pool there is a self contained poolside Studio apartment that sleeps 4 with a double bed and a sofa bed, shower room and kitchen area with breakfast bar hob and refrigerator with equipment for 4 people.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
The area is served by Malaga airport which is about 30 minutes drive from Calahonda. The main road is an excellent dual carriageway. Riviera Del Sol is beside Calahonda and is only 10 Kilometres from Fuengirola and 12 Kilometers from Marbella. With access to Gibraltar.

How to get there
Low cost airlines such as easy jet, Jet 2, and Monarch airlines make regular flights to Malaga Airport form all major airlines.
On leaving the airport take the N340 towards Marballa, passing Torremolins, Benalmadena, FuengiroLa la Calla de Mijas. Leave the road at exit 198 Riviera. Go up this road with the Opencor supermarket on your left at the large roundabout. Go over the next Mini Roundabout and look out for a Telephone box on your left at the corner. Turn Left this is Calle Escorpio The Villa is the second house on the left.
The villa is situated within easy access to the road links to Gibralta and Malaga and all major towns.

25% Deposit required on booking with remainder paid 6 weeks prior to holiday starting date. 50% of deposit non refundable if booking is cancelled.
All deposit non refundable if cancelled within three months of commencement of holiday. 50% of total cost of holiday non refundable if cancelled within 10 days of commencement of holiday.
