A rare find 2 double en suite bedroomed self contained bungalow. Perfect for a family summer holiday, golf and bowling enthusiasts, winter sun/ski break or romantic getaway.

Living/Dining room with gasfired logfireplace, contemporary dining table seating for six, Flat screen Sat T.V./Video/Dvd/ Play station 2 and Music centre.
Enjoy the sun all day from the private back garden boasting truly stunning sea and mountain views or poolside right outside your front door (see photo gallery). Al Fresco dining tables are provided both front (seats4) and back (seats 6) to watch the lights/sun come up on the coastline. Within a small charming community of only 15 properties is also an attractive shared private gated front garden which also has a fountain, fish pond and bird table.

A romantic quiet location although very close to walk to amenities, and local bars/restaurants.Local reliable bus service to the popular towns of Fuengirola (5 mins) Marbella, Puerto Banus (20 mins). Ideal also for families as it is near to many fun attractions including waterparks/themeparks. Day trips easily possible to Mijas (traditional Spanish village) Gibraltar (tax free shopping), Ronda (breathtaking views), Nerja Caves and inland to Seville (home of Flamenco), Granada(Alhambra palace) and beyond.

Dias Doradas has a fully fitted modern kitchen including washing machine and all the diningware, glasses and utensils you require to cook properly at home. Both double bedrooms have en suite modern delux bathrooms one with bath/shower and bidet facility, the other walk in shower/wet room.
Lving/dining room with contemporary seating for six, drinks bar, gasfired logfirplace and Flat screen satellite TV,DVD, Video, Play Station 2 and music system.
A library selection of films, games and soundtracks is provided for guests to use.

The back garden has a dining patio and sun terrace that looks out onto truly stunning views - the Mijas mountains to the left and the sea to the right. The whole of the coastline up to Torremolinos can be enjoyed especially beautiful at sunrise/sunset (as photo). The front garden has its own sundeck with sturdy wooden sunbeds and comfortable deep cushions provided .Also with a dining area that seats 4 overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a larger swimming pool, just a walk around the corner which can be used by residents for a nominal fee for those who wish to do serious lengths! There is a convenience store, several restaurants/bars and tourist information centre close to the parking facility. Just 20 minutes tranfer time from Malaga airport, the villa is ideally located between the popular towns of Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus with some of the best sandy beaches and golf courses on the Costa. Only two minute walk to nearest sandy beach which also has a great seafood restaurant.

Further details

The housekeeper cleans and prepares the villa with fresh linen for your arrival and after your departure. For stays of 10 days or more a second clean and change of linen can be arranged in advance.

To sleep six requires two on a sofa bed.

The villa is situated in an attractive peaceful urbanization with traditional spanish charm, however the hustle and bustle of the nearest town is only a short drive/regular bus ride way. Fuengirola has something to offer everyone. Bustling beachfront activities, traditional plazas, quieter traditional Spanish bars/restaurants/tapas. and trendy nightlife. Shopoholics are well catered for with spanish high street fashion e.g. Zara, Mango, Bershka alongside maller unique fashion/jewellery boutiques and Dept stores plus two new enormous indoor shopping malls. Designer fashion and nightclubs also accessible in the picturesque marina and celebrity hang out of Puerto Banus and nearby Marbella.
Fabulous Golf, Bowling, Fishing facilities nearby for those who like to play.
More remote/traditional mountain villages are accessible by car for those who like to explore the road less travelled.

The Mijas Costa area

The many theme parks nearby make it an ideal location for families: Mijas water park.,Sea life Marina.,Selwo Safari, Crocodile Park, Wolfland Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli world fun park and many more. The Nerja caves and Mijas Village a must.

Culture days out possible to Malaga, Gibraltar, Granada, Seville and for the more adventurous ferries to Morocco!
