This luxury top-floor penthouse apartment (3rd floor reached by lift) in la cala is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard,it has aircon,32"flat screen TV with full Sky Package (including sports, films etc), DVD, hi-fi system and Free Wi-Fi. Fully fitted kitchen with w/machine, dishwasher,f/freezer, microwave etc. The property is on one level and comprises of master bedroom with an en-suite including a shower and jacuzzi bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a shower -room. The sitting/dining room has seating for 6 and leads out onto the terrace which has stunning sea views (south facing) and has a table and 4 chairs,2 sun lounges. The complex has 2 adult pools, 2 kiddy pools, and a kiddy play area set within attractive gardens. The very popular La Cala Village is only a few minute's walk away where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and all the amenities you could require. There is a good bus service 400m from the apartment which will take you to the popular towns of Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus etc.
