Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to travel including a security deposit of £200 - fully refundable one week after clients return home; pending full inventory check - Apt left clean, no missing items or damage to property/contents & keys have been returned. Apartment keys should be collected upon arrival at the complex from the management company (a small charge may apply for collection, payable locally during out of office periods) details will be provided at the time of booking. All keys/pool passes must be returned prior to departure. 100% Cancellation charges (including deposit) apply within 8 weeks of travel. Curtailment during stay = 100% charge. *The owner has the right to withdraw and resell booking periods where the full balance has not been settled within 8 weeks prior to travel - with the exception of late reservations, booked inside of the 8 week period. *** Cleaning & Laundry will be carried out before arrival and post departure. Additional cleaning/laundry service can be provided upon request with an additional local charge of 36 Euros for cleaning, & 15 Euros for Laundry.

*** We have just got back from your beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time! It was even better than you described. The area rivera del sol was just perfect not too build up and everything you need within walking distance. We didnt hire a car we used the buses and taxis to get to different places funny beach, waterpark, fuengirola and marbella. it was great! The apartment complex was tranquil and safe, the pools and gardens were pure perfection! and finally your penthouse was just beautiful, the views from the terrace and kitchen were amazing and so peacefull. everything you need under one roof! we didnt want to leave!
