The spacious fitted kitchen is fully equipped - cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee percolator & utensils (cleaning products - not provided). Lounge - ceiling fans, SAT TV with DVD in lounge & bedroom, CD/Radio, 2 comfortable sofas (1 sofa-bed), coffee & dining tables etc, leading directly onto the sun-terraces.
Uninterrupted sea views provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Bedroom - 1 double bed - en suite (bath & shower - towels are provided), ceiling fan, & fabulous sea view.
Overall this delightful apartment is set in beautifully mature, manicured tropical gardens: 3 swimming pools, including kids pool. The Complex hosts a pool side cafe 'Tropicana' open til late (sun-loungers provided). Or take a stroll to the nearby beach.
The Penthouse is located in Riviera del Sol ~ easy walking distance to local bars, restaurants & supermarkets. The gardens extend a tranquil, peaceful setting for an early evening stroll. A few minutes down hill - Georges & David’s Bar are within approx 500 metres or a selection of new bars & restaurants just a few minutes up the hill.
At the seafront, Max's Beach Bar awaits you for late evening entertainment. Close by, El Zoco & Calypso provide alternatives for local & international cuisine. The picturesque marina of Cabopino & old traditional Spanish village of Mijas where local souvenirs & delights can be sampled, all within easy access. All personal items including valuables left in the apartment or within any area of Albamar Complex is the full responsibility of the renter. The apartment owner & property managegment company are exempt. Please take care not to leave valuables unattended in apt or at pool areas this is standard safety advice.
Conditions
Notes to the rental rates ---
Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to travel including a security deposit of £200 - fully refundable two week after clients return home; pending full inventory check - Apt left clean, no missing items or damage to property/contents & keys have been returned. Apartment keys should be collected upon arrival at the complex from the management company (a small charge may apply for collection, payable locally during out of office periods) details will be provided at the time of booking. All keys/pool passes must be returned prior to departure. 100% Cancellation charges (including deposit) apply within 8 weeks of travel. Curtailment during stay = 100% charge.
*The owner has the right to withdraw and resell booking periods where the full balance has not been settled within 8 weeks prior to travel - with the exception of late reservations, booked inside of the 8 week period.
*** Cleaning & Laundry will be carried out before arrival and post departure. Additional cleaning/laundry service can be provided upon request with an additional local charge of 36 Euros for cleaning, & 15 Euros for Laundry.
*** Departures - Please ensure you check out of the apartment and return the keys by 11am to allow for cleaning & new arrivals. Overstays will be charged an additional night stay.
*** Arrival after 9pm will be considered "out of hours" for the local management company who will have to send out a person to deliver keys and therefore may levy a non-refundable charge of 30€ which is payable by guests directly on location.

We had a wonderful time in Spain. We also visited Morocco, Gibraltar while we were there. The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location, quite central to everything. Beautiful grounds, pools and nice to be able to walk to locale restaurants, beaches or just hang out. We really enjoyed the complex as well and met some wonderful people while we were there. Will miss the beautiful views of the sea!!! I must say a big thank you for all your assistance, instructions and helpful suggestions along the way as this made things a lot easier for us. Just back from a week in this gorgeous apartment, just what we needed for a relaxing week away. Pools were great had a choice of 3 & always had sunbeds available & not too busy. Loved the terrace & the roof top terrace just to relax in the sun. Had everything you need within walking distance, supermarkets, internet cafe bars, restaurants etc. Was also 8-10 min walk to bus stops so that you can visit Fuengirola or Marbella. Would def recommend this apartment especially for couples just wanting to relax, will def be booking again. The area rivera del sol was just perfect not too build up and everything you need within walking distance. We didnt hire a car we used the buses and taxis to get to different places funny beach, waterpark, fuengirola and marbella. it was great!
The apartment complex was tranquil and safe, the pools and gardens were pure perfection! and finally your penthouse was just beautiful, the views from the terrace and kitchen were amazing and so peacefull. everything you need under one roof! we didnt want to leave!
