Lounge - ceiling fans, TV, CD/Radio, 2 comfortable sofas (1 sofa-bed), coffee & dining tables etc, leading directly onto the sun-terraces.
Uninterrupted sea views provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Bedroom - 1 double bed - en suite (bath & shower - towels are provided), ceiling fan, & fabulous sea view.

Overall this delightful apartment is set in beautifully mature, manicured tropical gardens: 3 swimming pools, including kids pool. The Complex hosts a pool side cafe 'Tropicana' open til late (sun-loungers provided). Or take a stroll to the nearby beach.

The Penthouse is located in Riviera del Sol ~ easy walking distance to local bars, restaurants & supermarkets. The gardens extend a tranquil, peaceful setting for an early evening stroll. ***Car Hire is available for pick up/drop off at Malaga Airport or visit - www.holidayautos.co.uk to make a reservation prior to departure UK. Rentals from £10 per day!

*** Alternatively taxis are always available day & night approx' cost = 45 €uros oneway.

*** Trains/Buses = between 2 - 4€uros available from Malaga airport to Fuengerola or Marbella to reduce taxi fare to less than half price.

All personal items including valuables left in the apartment or within any area of Albamar Complex is the full responsibility of the renter. The apartment owner & property managegment company are exempt. Please take care not to leave valuables unattended in apt or at pool areas this is standard safely advice.


Conditions

Notes to the rental rates ---

Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to travel including a security deposit of £200 - fully refundable one week after clients return home; pending full inventory check - Apt left clean, no missing items or damage to property/contents & keys have been returned. Apartment keys should be collected upon arrival at the complex from the management company (a small charge may apply for collection, payable locally during out of office periods) details will be provided at the time of booking. All keys must be returned prior to departure. 100% Cancellation charges (including deposit) apply within 6 weeks of travel. Curtailment during stay = 100% charge.
*The owner has the right to withdraw and resell booking periods where the full balance has not been settled within 6 weeks prior to travel - with the exception of late reservations, booked inside of the 6 week period.
*** Cleaning & Laundry will be carried out before arrival and post departure. Additional cleaning/laundry service can be provided upon request with an additional local charge of 36 Euros for cleaning, & 15 Euros for Laundry.

*** Departures - Please ensure you check out of the apartment and return the keys by 12 noon to allow for cleaning & new arrivals. Overstays will be charged an additional night stay.
