The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa Del Sol is one of Europe's top holiday destinations - especially for golf lovers with around 70 golf courses there's always a green available to tee off. With annual temperatures averaging 18degrees C and over 300 days of sunshine you can't go wrong.

If golf becomes too much then why not explore some of the sights - visiting the beautiful towns of Seville and Granada. Or take a trip to Marbella and enjoy a walk around the marina at Puerto Banus then enjoy a glass of wine whilst admiring the yachts moored there. You can either drive yourself or take a day tour.

Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area

The property is situated beween Fuengirola and Marbella with many places of interest nearby. Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Cabopina Marina and Benalmadena are all 10-15 minutes drive whilst Malaga, Nerja, Estepona, Gibraltar are all between 30-60 minutes away. Activities available in the region include Sailing, Scuba Diving, Horse Riding and much more.

The Property is situated on the Miraflores golf comlex with the clubhouse being only a 2 minuted walk. There are also over 20 additional courses within half an hours drive. These include La Cala, Mijas, Santa Maria, Torrequebrada and Marbella. The nearest beach is a 20 minute walk away or 4 minutes by car. The coastline stretches for miles and miles with wonderful sandy beaches. Within the complex you will find all you require in respect of supermarkets, banks, hair salon, bookshop, car and scooter hire plus bars and restaurants which serve good quality food.
