This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment. Furnished to a high comfortable standard with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Panoramic sea and mountain views from the balcony and roof terrace. This quiet area has many excellent bars and restaurants. Superbly situated close to the nearby commercial centre with bank, supermarket, newsagents and many other amenities. Close by is the famous Miraflores 18 hole golf course and the main Riviera del Sol centre where there are more shops, restaurants, bars, taxi rank, and bus stops to help you easily travel in the direction of Fuengirola or Marbella.

The Costa del Sol region

This property is in the elevated development of Miraflores. Miraflores is within easy walking distance of the leisure and sports club with swimming pools, pleasant bars and restaurants. The golf course has an excellent club house, with restaurant and entertainment.
Places to visit include the typically Spanish hillside town of Mijas Village, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Benalmadena. It is also an easy drive to Gibraltar. Further afield, but well worth a visit, is the beautiful town of Granada and the exquisite Alhambra Palace.

The Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area

Local activities include the Mijas Water Park, Go Karting, Quad biking, Fuengirola Zoo, tennis, horse riding, sailing and sea fishing. The Selwo Dolphinarium and Tivoli World (Fun park) are both situated in nearby Benalmadena.
The nearest beach is Nachos at Torrenueva which is just a 10 minute walk away. With sunbeds and parasols available and a choice of places to eat drink and relax.
There are many other lovely beaches along the coast including the must see Puerto Cabopino with its long stretches of white sand, beautiful harbour and good choice of restaurants.
