Golfers will be hard pushed to visit all 9 local golf courses, and for walkers and ramblers Mijas has some of the most stunning scenery and walks that you will find in Europe.

This apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and integrated appliances, including double oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The dining area (between the kitchen and lounge) provides comfortable seating for 6 people.
The lounge is furnished with a comfortable three seater sofa (king sized sofa-bed) and a two seater sofa. There is a
32 inch flat screen television, DVD player and Playstation 2 with a selection of DVD's and games for your use. The apartment also benefits from a Freeview box, which allows clients to use their SKY viewing card to access their package (please note: owners will need to bring their SKY viewing card with them to do this). Patio doors from the lounge lead to terrace area.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside units, tub chair, fitted double sliding wardrobes incorporating a safety deposit box and patio doors (with shutters) providing direct access to the terrace. This room also benefits from it's own en-suite master bathroom with double marble sink unit, bath, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted double sliding wardrobes, a bedside unit and window (with shutters).
Conveniently next to bedroom 2 is the main bathroom with WC, sink unit and a marble shower enclosure with ample hot water.
The apartment benefits from integrated air-conditioning (both heating and cooling) and there is marble flooring and quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

Accessed from either the master bedroom or the lounge is the south facing terrace and garden with lovely sea view.
On the terrace you will find a comfortable 4 piece rattan sofa set, two sunloungers and a dining table and chairs to accommodate 6 people.
There are shared gardens and pools located to the rear of the apartment. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided at the pools.
Secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment.
CCTV cameras operate throughout the development.
Strictly No smoking permitted in the apartment. Guests can smoke outside on the terrace/garden.
Out of consideration for other residents, the playing of loud music is not permitted.
Pool towels are not provided. Please do not remove towels or linen from the apartment.
Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not the owner.

The Costa del Sol region
Without doubt the Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. With over 320 days of sunshine a year, it's fantastic all year round warm climate and its miles of sandy beaches it caters for young and old alike.
Costa del Sol boats one of the highest concentrations of world class golf courses, to the extent that it is often referred to as “Costa del Golf” and is host to several major PGA Tours on a regular basis, such as the Spanish Open.
For Families there are theme parks, water parks, go-karting, safari parks, dolphin trips, excursions to Gibraltar, North Africa etc and many beautiful public gardens.
For those who prefer things a bit more lively, there are Benalmadena’s Puerto Marina (main port filled with bars, nightclubs etc) and the chic and trendy Marbella and Puerto Banus.
La Cala de Mijas is situated midway between Malaga and Marbella and is the central point of Mijas Costa.
With so much on your doorstep you will never tire of things to do either with or without a car. With a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, La Cala has something that caters to all tastes and budgets. Two supermarkets are within easy walking distance of your apartment, selling most items you need for your stay and there is a street market from 9.00-2.30pm every Saturday and Wednesday selling products such as plants, flowers, clothes, fruit and vegetables.
A 10 minute walk will take you to the beautiful ‘Blue flag’ beach of La Cala de Mijas with miles of the Costa del Sol’s finest sand.
A pirate ship playground is located along the beach-walk promenade and is a big hit with the kids.
As La Cala de Mijas was once home to the Moors, you can still tour the multitude of castles, walls and towers that are left behind as a part of Spain’s rich and vibrant heritage.
For the golf enthusiast, either beginner or advanced, the apartment is situated in the Golf Valley, with 9 excellent courses. Courses include the famous La Cala Golf, Mijas Golf, Mira Flores Golf, La Siesta Golf, La Noria Golf, Santana Golf, Calanova Golf and El Chapatral Club de Golf
Within easy reach of La Cala are the resorts of Fuengirola (10 mins), Benalmadena (15 mins) and Marbella (20 mins) and Puerto Banus. There is a regular local bus service to these resorts.
Also within the area is horse riding, Hipodrome (the only racing course in the Costa del Sol – 10 mins drive), aqua parks, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World in Benalmadena and Selwo marina and safari park in Estepona.
