Bedrooms are also furnished to a very high standard with designer furniture in the main bedroom with a King Size bed and superior mattress. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. No expense was spared in creating a feel for designer living and overall ambience. Controllable Air Conditioning for upstairs and downstairs also adds to your comfort.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided prior to your arrival and you will be greeted by our permanent on-site representative at the beginning and end of your stay.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations and has a fantastic Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters making it a wonderful year-round holiday destination. There is a wealth of activities on your doorstep, from golf courses to suit all abilities to every type of watersport. It's great for kids, too, with various exciting theme parks in the area as well as numerous well kept beaches.
Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area
Mijas Costa is the part of the municipality of Mijas which covers the 12 kilometre stretch of coastline joining (from East to West) El Chaparral, La Cala, El Combo and Calahonda and takes in the two major urbanizations, Riviera del Sol and Sitio de Calahonda. Although just a twenty minute drive from little village of Mijas which is still steeped in the old Andalucian traditions and customs, the residential and beach life of the coast is very much 21st century. The beach life offers water sports ranging from jet skis, waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, parapenting and more.
The two large urbanizations, Sitio de Calahonda and Riviera del Sol are catchment areas forming large villages in their own right and have all the amenities such as commercial centres, supermarkets, golf course, sports centres, bars and restaurants for every day living. Many British and other foreign residents live here permanently and in summer, it is also very popular with holidaymakers in hotels and rented properties. Due to the great number of English speaking residents and visitors, it is easy to find English medical centres and most people there can speak English. The main A7 motorway divides the sea side from the mountain side, but the outlook is the almost-always blue horizon onto the sparkling Mediterranean.
The villa is a few minutes drive to local beaches where numerous bars and restaurants are on hand. Try Max Beach for a night out or the famous Nikki Beach! Miraflores Golf Course is nearby with its driving range only 800 metres away. The Grangefield Club Oasis Hotel is just around the corner. For a special night out for luxury dining and entertainment Oceano Hotel is only five minutes drive away as well as La Plaza Restaurant. A short drive away is the Miramar shopping centre and the new El Corte Ingles department store as well as the bustling town of Fuengirola with its nearby markets.
How to get there

From here either by hire car (useful for day trips) or take a cab directly to villa. Riviera del Sol is only a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport from where you follow the signs for Cadiz and Algeceras.
Take the N-340 then A7 (NOT AP7 which is the toll road).Just stay on this road, you will pass Fuengirola then La Cala de Mijas. Slowdown when you see the Miraflores sign on the right-hand side and look out for the Riveira Cambio de Sendido (a sort of dual carriageway roundabout to change direction).
It's easier if you come off at the second Riviera Cambio sign (if you look left you will see Edificio Agua Marina just by the Cambio next to Max Beach. You will see Open Cor Supermarket, drive past this and continue up the hill. Turn left at the top of the hill past the Miaflores Golf Driving Range and Oasis Club. Take the second left into Los Flamencos, number 52 is on the left hand side.

For those holidaying with children a "TOY BOX" is provided in the garden with various items to keep the kids amused.
Upstairs the main bedroom opens on to its own private Solarium with sun loungers provided. Two large supervised Swimming pools within the development are available all year round.
