About the home

The apartment sleeps 4 people and is suitable for couples and families.

All rooms are large and there is a terrace running the width of the property which is accessible from both bedrooms and the lounge, this leads down into mature gardens.

The complex has two swimming pools, one of which is for over 18's only and also a child's pool.

Minimum stay is 1 week but there is no specific arrival day, making it easier for cheaper midweek flights. A deposit of £100.00 is required on booking plus a £100.00 security deposit which is held against breakages/damages, this is returned once property has been inspected and keys returned.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol is renowned for it's climate and sun. There are many places of interest to visit including Orange Square in Marbella , the Zoo in Fuengirola and the village of Mijas Pueblo all can be reached by public transport. If you wish to travel further afield and have your own transport you may like to visit, Gibralter, Granada or Ronda.

There is a market in La Cala twice a week just a short bus ride away or a larger market in Fuengirola once a week.

The Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area

At the entrance to Riviera Del Sol there are two supermarkets, Gift shop, hairdressers and bureau de change. There are also plenty of bars & restaurants. At the top end of Riviera there is another supermarket, and further restaurants and bars.

The beach is sandy and has sunbeds to hire and there are several cafes selling snacks, drinks etc.
