The villa is situated on the El Chapparal golf urbanization it is a secure gated property with a beautiful SOLAR heated pool and several covered terraces in the garden there are sea views from the gardens and you can walk across the road to the local blue flag beach
the spacious, FULLY AIR CONDITIONED accommodation, is on one level and has the benefit of 4 bathrooms 2 being ensuite and has been completely refurbished in 2012
There is the added bonus of a large built in BBq and outside kitchen area making alfresco living a joy

A beautiful 5 bed roomed typical Andalucian,Spanish villa with wonderful views of the sea which is only a minute away from the beach. It is set in secure gated private, quiet and immaculately kept landscaped gardens with a large pool and outside kitchen and BBQ area perfect for cooking and eating outdoors.

The accommodation is all on one floor and comprises of a large and impressive marble entrance hall. The tastefully decorated lounge dining area is off to one side of the hall and has magnificent views of the sea and gardens. There are comfy settees and additional seating , impressive open fireplace, TV (satellite with uk channels) DVD CD Players with dining area that has dining table that’s eats 6 and an additional breakfast table seating 4.
The well equipped, fully fitted kitchen also off the main hall, has all modern appliances including gas and electric hob, oven,dishwasher and sandwich maker etc
There is a utility room with washing machine and drying area, iron and ironing board
The 5 bedrooms are all sited on a further hall off the main entrance hall. There are 2 doubles and 3 twins all with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables. The master bedroom has a double bed, flat screen satellite tv with a fabulous ensuite with tiled sunken bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and 2 washbasins. The second bedroom also a double and shares the large family bathroom with a twin bedroom This large family bathroom not only has bath with shower ,toilet and bidet, but benefites from two washbasins. 2 of the twin bedrooms share a further bathroom "jack and jill style (access from both bedrooms)with bath, shower over, bidet toilet and 2 washbasins.
The outside area of this villa has an additional kitchen There is also the additional bonus of an outside shower. A very large built in BBQ with dining area completes the great outdoor facilities.
Loads of seating areas and a great covered pergola to add shade on the hot sunny days
The beautiful kidney shaped pool has ladder steps and is set in the lawned area of the gardenSOLAR Heated for winter use
There are sunbeds and outside seating for the guests. The whole garden is surrounded by hedges to give privacy to guests

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is famous for its all year round climate and offers a superb choice for those seeking beach and golf holidays.

From the coast a short drive into the hills will take you into traditional Andalucia with the white washed villages of Ojen, Istan and Mijas.

Day trips to Ronda, Seville and Granada are all possible as is Gibraltar.
There are numerous towns nearby and many places to visit. A 2 minute drive takes you to La Cala - a small fishing village with every possible amenity, shops, bars and resturants and lots of beach side attractions. There is a market twice a week. 5 minutes drive takes you to Fuengirola, a much larger modern town which is ideal for nightlife, and the beautiful castle where you can climb to the top and have lovely views of the coastline. Marbella, Porto Banus and Gibraltar are accessible.

The Mijas Costa / El Chaparral, Mijas Costa area

Golfers will be spoilt for choice as there are a number of golf courses within easy reach, the nearest being El Chaparral. A short drive takes you to the La Cala Golf and Country Club and there are several more - Miraflores, Santa Maria, and Rio Real all within a 15 minute drive.
About a 15 minute drive from the villa will take you to Fuengirola or Marbella in the opposite direction plus many more places of interest to see.

Malaga airport is about 20 minutes drive away. It can be accessed by train, bus or taxi (about 50 euros). There are many cheap flights to Malaga available from most airports. A car is recommended however there is a very good bus service on the road just in front. Buses run every 15 minutes to Marbella and Fuengirola.

“Great for family with kids” The villa is great for fam. with children due to the somewhat secluded locatation. You do not hear any noise from traffic. The pool is great, the kids loved it. Several bedrooms with their own A/C... more
