About the home

Luxury, well-appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, fully air-conditioned on a secure complex - Paraiso Riviera - with two swimming pools, sauna, changing rooms and jacuzzi. The first-floor apartment has a large Terrace overlooking green hills down to the sea and is situated next door to the Miraflores golf course and academy. Situated on a quiet complex yet only 1 mile from the beach and nearby shops and restaurants at Riviera, Calahonda, and Miraflores.

The lounge includes two comfortable sofas, large coffee table, a widescreen TV with SKY digital, including access to all free-to-air satellite channels, including all BBC and ITV channels. Bring your own Sky card and you will have access to your non-premium channel package. There is a DVD player with a selection of DVD movies and also a Playstation 2 and a selection of games.

There is a sauna, showers, and toilets in a block by the main pool. Both pools have sun loungers and parosols.

The price includes towels and bed linen, although you should bring your own beach towels. Keys are held by our local property manager on site who is available throughout your stay should you have any problems. We can also arrange car hire or airport transfers if required, cots, high-chairs, food packs, etc

Conditions

A booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 5 weeks before your arrival date. A security/breakage deposit of £100 is also required and this will be refunded after your holiday.

The Costa del Sol region

There are only two seasons on the Costa del Sol. Spring runs from September to the end of June and the rest of the year is summer. This is the southernmost region of Europe and enjoys the best weather on the continent, which explains why millions of visitors come every year to spend their holidays.

The Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area

Situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol on the main A7 coast road and close to many popular resorts including Marbella, Perto Banus, Benamadena, Fuengirola, and Torremolinos. There is so much to see and do for all the family, including miles of sandy beaches, dozens of golf courses, and many family attractions including theme parks, water parks, marine and animal parks, as well as great places to visit.

Mike A (August 2007 ) - Well it was excellent. The apartment is perfect. I would say a real home from home! I would market it as a luxury apartment because to be honest there is nothing that we missed. We had an excellent time I must say. We hired a car for the last 6 days which gave us more flexibility with exploring.... All in all I would say the apartment is ideally furnished and ideally situated for exploring the area. We had a good time there and would be happy to go back.

Colin H (Sept 2005) - A superb 2-bedroom apartment set in a quiet location. Very spacious inside with all modern facilities. Also has its own private terrace with nice views. Nearest beaches only 15 minutes walk away, or 5 minutes by car. A great variety of restaurants and bars close by. With all the above just mentioned and you include fantastic weather, location and first class accommodation, to me the perfect holiday was had. Looking forward to going back this summer with my family.
