Only 20 minutes from the Malaga Airport you'll find Calablanca P15, a luxury design apartment with an excellent location only 7 minutes walk from the beach of La Cala (of many considered as one of the best of Costa del Sol). The apartment offers 2 bedrooms (6+1 beds), 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces Here you can really enjoy your holiday, no matter if you prefer golf, sun/bath, excursions, shopping or just enjoy the Spanish wine-dine-culture.
Only a few minutes walk from the apartment you'll find the "La Feria", the local market (200 m), bus station (200 m), cozy main street of La Cala (300 m) with restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and the wonderful beach of La Cala (500 m).
The apartment (called P15 since we have more than this apartment in Calablanca) have two terraces (one facing SouthWest, one facing NorthEast) and with nice pool views and some sea-and mountain views. The apartment is brand new (first guests in June 2011) and with very nice qualities and high standards. The interior design is nice and made with "much effort and heart". The design goes in light colors and in a Scandinavian touch.

The apartment have a fully equipped kitchen and much extras like coffe maker, a HDMI-connection so you can plug in you computer and wath web-TV on the 50" Plasma-TV if order the WLAN we offer as extra for €20 a week. Of course there is a high quality air condition which brings you cool and heat depending on you wishes. In the storage you'll find sun chairs to bring to beach and trolleys to make the walk even easier. High chairs, cot, extra bed is optional.

Upon both arrival and departure you've to do an inspection together with representative from the owner.
Cleaning is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra cost. Price upon request.
Beddings and towels (small, shower, bath, dish) is included to borrow, but must be returned freshly washed, or we have to charge you for laundry.
Conditions
Changing day is normally Sundays. You can get your apartment not earlier and 16.00 and in great condition and you leave it not later than 10.00 in same great condition.
You've to pay a deposition of €150 togehter with 30% of the total rent. This you do upon booking. The full payment must been done not later than 30 days upon arrival. No money will be refunded. The deposition will be paid back (don't forget to sent you instructions for the re-payment) not later than 10 days after departure.

The Mijas Costa / La Cala de Mijas area
The mountain village of Mijas combines harmoniously with the major tourist zone of Mijas Costa, which incorporates the villages and urbanizations of La Cala de Mijas, Riviera, Miraflores and Calahonda, incorporating 12 kilometres of golden sandy beaches.
The pueblo itself, is nestled into the mountain landscape, the whitewashed streets of the historic old quarter, have a distinctly Moorish style. There are many buildings and monuments of historical interest, including the local churches and hermitages.
The old quarter sits into the mountainside like a huge overhanging balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. A tour through the lively streets of Mijas reveal a typically Andalusian town, which has become ever popular with visitors to the Costa del Sol; the town is also populated with many foreigners who come to live here to combine an Andalusian way of life with the pleasure of the coast. The Mijas Town Hall has a Foreigners Department are caters fantastically for both foreign residents and tourists.
There are a host of craft shops and galleries selling affordable works from local artists, perfect and unique souvenirs.
It is also worthwhile visiting the Auditorium and taking a quiet stroll along the wall and around the gardens and balconies, which provide exceptional views of the Costa del Sol. There are also the charming donkey-taxis, which offer trips around the centre and the outskirts of the village.
The excellent beach at La Cala de Mijas has been awarded a blue flag for cleanliness, beware it can get quite windy at times
